A city that can provide whatever you need as long as you have money. Luxury Cars, Beautiful Womans, Huge Villa's. This city is one of the most popular and also the biggest city in the continent ranking at top 3 cities.

Powerful figures come in and out of this city, too many to count in two hands.

Far away from the center of the city, on top of a cliff where you can see the whole city from afar. A 45 years old man is sitting in a bench near the cliff, empty bottles scattered on the ground while he's holding a bottle of a beer. thinking of what he should do now.

「Those piece of sh*t gaming company!. I worked for them for less than 25 years!, yet they would just gonna fire me because of one mistake!?. Fuck those sh*ts!!.」

His name is Sien Derek, a pro gamer who play the game called [Paradise Worlds] for 25 years now. This game is an international virtual reality game that can play by anyone at the age of 15+.

The [Paradise Worlds] is the only VR Game that broke the whole world after a month of its release because unlike of any other games, this one can make you a millionaire, if not multi millionaire in one night after a fortuitous encounter in a game and that's still wasn't the biggest reason the game suddenly became so popular.

It was because inside of the game, once you complete a certain requirements and achieve an [Inter-Awakening], you can use your in-game character's strength, skills and even manifest an items in real life!, IN REAL LIFE!!. The other existing games can't do that except of this one can.

That's why after only a span of one month of the game being active, the players count jump from hundred thousands to whopping several millions of player and after another month it jump again and become hundred millions world wide.

That same goes for Sien Derek when one of his friends told him about this wonderful game. In the first months of his gaming career, he's playing on his own and even made a name for himself that time, but after he was approached of the Gaming Company called [Red Dragon Inc]. The development of his game character suddenly plummeted. They placed too many restrictions on him and all until he owes money to the company. He didn't even manage to awaken himself because of them.

It was even a miracle that the company only fired him after two decades of playing for them. But even with the restrictions, he worked himself to bone to repay his debt and once again made a name for himself but when his plan is already going smoothly. The Company suddenly fired him because of a small trivial matter. They didn't even compensate him for his service of more than two decades and not just that but they even deleted his account for the game. That's why he's so infuriated.

「If that's what they want then I don't care!. I will make sure that they will suffer once I created an another account!.」

Sien Derek swore to himself and chug the remaining beer on the bottle he's holding. After finishing the beer, He stood up to go to his car but after reaching the side of his car, he suddenly felt an immense headache and he fell on his knees while holding his head.

「M-my.... Head... Ahhh!!!」

A loud voice suddenly reverberated to the whole place as Sien Derek fell to the ground unconsciously.

The Sun's bathing the whole world with its light when a young man was standing in a rooftop of a 4 story building with a bewildered expression on his face.

Last night he was drinking on his favourite hidden place, and when he's about to enter his car to go back to the city a pain that can't be describe suddenly attacked his head and he passed out.

When he woke up a few minutes ago there's still a little bit of pain in his head but the pain disappeared entirely when he looked around. He wasn't on his favourite place where he lost consciousness, instead he was in a shabby, messy and old room, a room that he abandoned long time ago.

He was still in a daze when his phone rang and when he reach for it and that's when another surprise came for him again, it was his very old phone and there's a message, he eyes didn't even look on the message but his eyes was glued to the date that the phone has. It's August 21 2120.

「What the h*ll is going on?.」

He can't help but mutter on himself, the date was supposed to be 2145 but his phone clearly stated that it was 2120!. It means that he regress 25 years to the past!.

Sien Derek can't help but to pinch himself all over his body to make himself awake. If his dreaming then he wanted to wake up now so that he can start his plans now but after pinching himself, he didn't wake up on his dream instead he felt slight pain all over his body.

「Is this real?. Did I really come back 25 years to the past?.」

He can't help but ask again but as he's the only one in the room, no one answered his question. After a few minutes of silence, Sien Derek ran to rooftop, and stand there as he looks around and when he saw the buildings outside, he laugh, he laugh like a maniac.

「HAHAHAHA!!. I realy did came back to the past!.」

When Sien Derek saw the buildings outside he was sure now that he has gone back 25 years in the past. First reason is that he can feel pain, second his body is that of a 20 years old again, no wrinkles, no white hairs, and he's healthy, and the last reason is that, this area where his old apartment standing at, was demolished after 4 years here, although he already moved by that time because of the money he got from the game, he's still devastated as his favourite shop was also included from demolition.

Now that he sees that this area is still intact, he's now one hundred percent sure of what was happening on him.

After confirming his situation, he came back to his room and look at his phone to read the message.

「This.... so today is the release of the game huh?. Now that I remember it, I ignored this message because I thought this is a sh*t game.」

The message said that the VR Game "Paradise Worlds" will launch in 6 hours. The whole world received this message but only a small amount of people read the message, most of those who read it were gamers nonetheless, some people just thought of it as a scum. Even he, thought of it as a scam too.

This is the game that Sien Derek played for 25 years straight. Now that he was back to the start, he wouldn't wait a month again to play the game. When he ignored the message last time, a month have passed, one of the first generation player managed to awaken himself and become the most popular person of that time.

There's now way he would let that happen again. With a mixture of emotions Sien Derek feeling right now, he send a message to his best friend to play the game or else he would regret it.

After that he then changed his clothes and took his saved up money and count it. He remembers that he's been doing a part time job and saved up some money of this time around. The thing is that the money he have right now was barely enough to buy one VR Gaming Capsule.

When he finished counting his money, he cleaned his room thoroughly and went out to buy the Gaming Capsule.

There's still 5 hours before the launch of the game, he already wasted one because of his messy room. The good thing is that the game store's only several streets away from his apartment so he reach it only after 15 minutes of travel.

Inside of the game store, even though the game that would break the whole world were about to launch there's still isn't much of people buying the gaming capsule although there's a line, it's only 5 people.

For Sien Derek, it was a good thing as he wouldn't have to wait for that long before he buys it. As for the other people who doesn't care about the game, it was their loss, a very huge loss.
