"I… "
Luo Yi turned away. She wanted him, badly. Taking a gulp of frosty air to clear her thoughts, she asked.
"So, what are you here for?" She tried not looking at him.
"I…" He dragged the words out as if it was really heavy. "I wanted to say that we are leaving early in the morning."
"Okay. Is that it?" Luo Yi tried to tone down the disappointment in her voice but still, it sounded desperate.
Caleb hesitated, he idly brushed off the bits of ice on the railings, then took a deep breath himself.
"I know how much you hate to hear this over and over," He murmured. "Everything I said will definitely sound like an excuse…"
Another pause.
Without looking at Luo Yi, he seemed more fascinated by the lights of the castle below.
"Do… Do you think we can start over? Give me another chance?" He asked.
His voice was soft, nearly carried away by the billowing wind like it was up and twisted in the air and disappeared.
