It's been 32 years since I was born in this new world. Being the son of a big Virtual Reality company owner was a great advantage, like a golden finger, as fanfictions put it. Yeah, you heard it right – I'm a reincarnation, reborn in a world i can only think as being the home world to momonga the master of the great tomb of nazarick and the protagonist of overlord. With loads of game and anime ideas from my old life, I recreated them here as best I could.

To say they did well is an understatement. Though not top 5, most games I've worked on or led the development for are in the top 100 VR games. My biggest success ranked 8th in the recent game awards. And yes, those awards still exist, even centuries into the future in a different world with slight cultural differences and no trace of some anime or games from my old world.

But let's move on. My current and most ambitious project is a collaboration with two other game companies – Orc's VR and Valzister Industries. I aimed to make Yggdrasil even better than its anime counterpart. Despite limited knowledge of the actual game, I made significant changes. My favorites include adding 2000+ races, 9000+ classes, and an extra adult server (a DLC version with exclusive content for those who have it). The most crucial change was the dynamic lore and story, which was always updating based on player actions.

Players could change the game's direction by doing legendary feats, earning rewards that affected cities positively (or negatively). There were more realistic NPCs and systems, including a dulled verison of all 6 senses. The DLC slightly enhanced these senses, along with adding adult content like player-usable brothels. We even hired a voice actor, probably Bukubukuchagama, but oh well.

This is where the fun begins – the start of Yggdrasil and my story. Having finished my part in the game's progress, I'm now the sole sponsor. I added various items, some for players and some for myself. While some might think it's cheating, I made them incredibly hard to reach, but determined to obtain them within the estimated two years.

Music played in my ears, the Yggdrasil theme, and before me was the game menu. A grin appeared on my face as I clicked on the new game option – "this is it."
