Chapter 7; Stay With You.

After a few hours, she finally woke up. her eyes were quite a bit blurred but all she knew was she didn't know where she was. she then got up and sat upright but her head was aching. As she was looking around the place, she heard someone calling out to her, " So, you're awoke now?" He then handed her a cup of tea, "what's this?" she asked looking at the tea mysteriously. he then gave a quiet chuckle. "Its tea, my dear alien. if you really say, you can't recognise tea. hurry drink and take your bag with you out of my apartment." she drank first and quickly finished the tea and then said, "Can I... stay with you?" he then said with all seriousness he could manage," I knew you were up to no good". he then continued, "When you fainted, though it wasn't really fake, I.. I think you should." she then pulled her bag to her laps and pulled out a few gems and pearls with some jade bracelets and rings that filled both her joined palms, she then put them on the coffee table. by now, he was all speechless, "Is that really real?" he asked with his mouth wide open.

she nodded, "Take it, if its not enough , I can add you more." he then thought, "This is even enough for rent of five years." he then made up his mind," OK, for how long are you staying? " she then bit her lips and looked down," One year?! are you even serious? " be then rubbed his hair but he noticed something on her hand, it was the bracelet, "What's that on your hand?" she touched it and said," This ? its just my power brake " he then thought to himself, " She seems to know nothing about the city, only one year isn't too long. I can manage." and then said," Give me that also and then you can stay." she looked up and said to him," I ... I ... if I take it off, I .. but also I can't like take" After noticing that she couldn't give it up, he interrupted her before she could finish, " if not, go but no refund." she then tried but unsuccessful, then he knelt down and held her and removed it. she looked surprised, " How did you that?"
