"What kind of rookie can hurt you, eldest sister?" Page couldn't believe it. His eyes widened in astonishment as he couldn't fathom how a newcomer could pose a threat to his older sister.

Page was well aware of Ulti's formidable strength. Ulti had mastered Armament Haki and had honed her combat skills. Her knowledge and expertise were top-notch, and her physical prowess was second to none. Even Page, with his tough forehead, couldn't withstand the might of his sister, let alone a rookie.

Just moments ago, Ulti hadn't unleashed the full force of her head-boosting gun. Had she done so, even with his Armament Haki, the opponent would have been incapacitated, losing their fighting capability.

Ulti's bounty had reached an astounding 200 million, a testament to her prowess. It was an impressive sum, yet it was the bounty Ulti had before acquiring her Devil Fruit abilities. Now, she was undoubtedly even stronger.

However, Ulti understood that Marine bounties didn't always accurately reflect one's strength. Those who posed a significant threat to the World Government and caused widespread damage often received inflated rewards. But Ulti was different. She primarily trained Wano Country and occasionally ventured out to complete missions on her ship, maintaining a lower profile.

"A monster with talent rivaling Linlin," Ulti remarked with a serious expression.

Page One's eyes widened in shock. "What! Are you talking about the same Linlin I'm thinking of?"

"That's right, the infamous Sea Emperor, on par with Kaido! Charlotte Linlin!"

Page couldn't help but gasp. "So, your pomade gun couldn't harm him, and he even injured you?"

"Yes, and he hadn't learned Armament Haki until I taught him."

Gulp!

Page One swallowed hard, his teeth bared in amazement. What a true monster! At the age of fifteen, Sebastian had already mastered two-color Haki, making him a genius among the Hundred Beasts. With diligent training, he could become a formidable fighter in a few years. But compared to talents like Linlin and Kaido, Sebastian's abilities were on a different level.

Page tried to console himself, "Maybe he has tough skin but lacks strong cultivation talent."

As dusk approached, Ulti suggested checking on Sebastian's progress, and Page One eagerly volunteered to accompany her. He was genuinely curious to see the newcomer, this apparent prodigy.

"Is this newcomer as tall and hefty as Charlotte Linlin?" Page One inquired with genuine curiosity.

"Tall, but not hefty," Ulti replied.

In comparison, both Ulti and Page One were of average height, with Page being somewhat shorter. As they strolled together, it was evident that Ulti stood half a head taller than her sibling.

Upon reaching the mining field, they were surprised not to find Sebastian.

"Sister, where's the person you mentioned? He must have headed back," Page One gestured towards the open space.

Ulti recalled Sebastian's unwavering dedication to his training before leaving. He didn't seem like someone who would easily give up.

"Perhaps he's practicing nearby," Ulti suggested.

Page One shrugged and said, "Well, I find it a bit boring. He might have returned already. Haki practice can be tedious, especially when you're just starting. It feels like trying to understand the mysteries of Haki is as elusive as trying to taste the essence of a Devil Fruit."

Fortunately, he has awakened the two-color Haki, so he doesn't need to go through that pain again.

"Hey~ This newcomer must be very irritable. It's not wonderful to practice Haki," Page One quipped, a mischievous glint in her eyes.

Boom!

Ulti playfully patted his head, and Page One hastily covered her own head, pretending to be in pain.

"Stop talking nonsense, find someone!"

"Sister, you see a lot of people gathered in front of you. Could it be that someone is going to escape from prison?" Page One pointed to the front left.

"Who dares to escape from prison!"

Ulti shouted and rushed into the crowd.

"Who! Who is escaping from prison!"

"Master Ulti! No one has escaped from prison," a pirate whispered.

"No one has escaped from prison, so what are you doing here!" Ulti asked.

"Someone is practicing Armament Haki, we are watching."

Ulti was filled with confusion. "Armament Haki? What's there to observe about it?"

Haki's cultivation is a personal journey, and it can't be discerned just by looking at it with the naked eye.

The pirate seemed to sense the doubt in Ulti's mind and explained, "My lord, this man is not ordinary. He is attempting to disrupt the internal force of the armed forces."

"What? Internal destruction? Could it be Jack?" Ulti asked.

In the world of pirates, few had mastered the art of internal destruction. Kaido was one of them, and Yanzhuo, Plague Queen, and Jack the Drought had not achieved this level of mastery.

As far as Ulti knew, pirates who possessed the skill of internal destruction were exceedingly rare.

"It's not Boss Jack, but a young man," the pirate pointed to a handsome young man in the center of the crowd.

Ulti followed the pirate's gesture and saw a familiar and handsome face. She was stunned to find that the man attempting internal sabotage was none other than Sebastian!
