Several days after the event in the Kingdom of Alabasta happened, the news of Crocodile's defeat spread throughout the seas. Even when the marines take the credit for saving the kingdom, the name of the Straw Hat pirates was still known.

With Crocodile's fall and being removed as a Shichibukai, the marines were now finding someone who can replaced his position. Fleet Admiral Sengoku had held a meeting discussing about that, but they still didn't know who to invite.

Meanwhile in the first half of the grandline, Touma's battleship was following a group of ships. Reports says that this ships were carrying numerous weapons that would be sold in different locations.

"Rear Admiral Touma, the ship is heading towards the nearby Futa Island. The island is just an hour away from their current location. What should we do?" a marine officer reported to Touma inside his office.

Touma thought for a moment before giving his order, "Let them go to the island and find out who they are transacting with. After that, we will make our move and capture them all"

Hearing his order, the marine officer saluted before leaving the room.

After the marine officer left the room, Touma took his sword and get out of his office.

Futa Island

"Come one, move it quickly! We need to finish this job and went to the other one!" a burly man with long beard shouted as he watch over his people who were carrying large and heavy boxes from the ship.

"Yeah! Yeah! Follow what the captain said, after this we could drink all night!" one of the crew carrying boxes shouted in glee.

The burly man hearing his people shout have a wide smile on his face. This time, he really hit it big. The boxes that his crew was carrying contains different weapons that would be distributed to several people. Although he didn't know clearly where this boxes with weapons came from. He was still happy because of the high pay they receive for this mission.

In an abandoned building in the island, the burly man and his crew already finished carrying all the boxes to be delivered. They were just waiting for the people who would come to pick them up.

Suddenly, several footsteps sounded and a group of people arrived. They were all wearing black cloaks covering their heads and body.

"Is this all of it?" the leading man wearing cloak asked.

"Yes, this is all the items" the burly man steps forward. He then signals one of his crew and opens one of the boxes.

Inside the box was several firearms and swords. The man wearing cloak smiled in satisfaction under his cover when he saw the things inside. "You've already received the payment in advance. Now that you've delivered the goods, our transaction is already over. But don't worry, I will put a good word for you on your boss"

"Yes, yes, thank you" the burly man hurriedly answered. He knew that this people were not ordinary, because of how wide their connection is. So being on their good side is definitely a good thing for him.

Just as the two groups were about to separate, hurried footsteps rang outside the building. The group were clearly startled and the man wearing cloak angrily said, "What is the meaning of this?! Did somebody know about all of this?!"

"I...I don't know, I am confident that no one in my crew would talk about this. Did the information somehow got leaked?" the burly man said. "But that's impossible, let my men see who is it. You three, go and see who are these rats outside"

Following the orders from their captain, three man came outside holding their weapons.

Just a few seconds as they step outside, three gunshots sounded outside. Then, a group of marines came inside carrying the three wounded man who just came out.

From behind the marines, a young man steps forward. This young man was Touma and he was staring at the people inside with a frosty glare. "I am Rear Admiral Touma, put down your weapon and surrender yourself. If not, you will be killed"

"Rear Admiral?"

When the people inside that the young man was a Rear Admiral, their faces turned extremely ugly. A Rear Admiral in this area is definitely a bad news for them. Even if the other party was a young man, that only means that he was definitely strong.

The burly man turn to the man wearing cloak and nodded his head. He took his gun from his waist and was about to shoot Touma. He would rather die than be captured by this marines. He was confident that if the two combined their strength, they would definitely defeat this marines. But what he didn't expect was that as he was about to pull the trigger of his gun. The people wearing cloak behind him suddenly turn and immediately runs away.

'This group of bastards!' the burly man cursed inside him as he watch them run. Now, he had become their scapegoat in letting them escape.

But then he realized something, it was that his body was feeling cold and turned stiff. With difficulty, he looked down and saw that his body below his chest was completely frozen. He issued strength from his legs but it wouldn't even budge an inch with ice covering it.

Moments later, the burly man including all his crew and the people who wanted to escape was frozen and turned into ice sculptures.

"Take all the things here and bring them all to the ship for interrogation" Touma ordered and the marines behind him moves forward carrying the items and the people enclose in ice.

In the marine battleship, Touma was inspecting the items that they've taken from the two groups.

"Rear Admiral, we've found something in one of their ships" a marines officer was carrying a small logbook in his hands.

When Touma took the logbook, he saw a symbol in one of its pages. It was a symbol of a renown pirate group.

"Donquixote Pirates"

Yes, the symbol was the dolly roger of the Donquixote Pirates. And as Touma read what was written in the logbook, his face turned extremely serious. It completely says that this weapons have a direct connection with the Donquixote Pirates. It also tells the different other transactions they have in the future.

"Take my den den mushi, I have something to report to the headquarters" the marine immediately took the den den mushi from Touma's room and give it to him.

"What?!" Fleet Admiral Sengoku slams his desk when he heard the report from Touma. He didn't expect that the Donquixote Pirates had something to do with this. Supplying weapons to different places. This is really a huge matter for the marines, and it would affect them in different areas.

"Touma, immediately return to the headquarters and bring all the evidence you've got. We will need to deeply investigate this things" Sengoku said.

"Alright, I will return immediately" from the other end, Touma replied.
