A few weeks of training

Garp appeared during my training and thanks me for saving his monkey of a grandson and invite me to join the marines. *One year of Garps training*

When ever garp isnt here i train with luffy, ace and sabo and When he came back he started training me in fighting might not sound bad he told me not to use my devil fruit it was easy then bam I get beaten left and right after.

*One year two months of Garps training*

I learned observation haki and started to beat up the monkey Garp seeing this went to get more monkey to gang up on me he said you need to learn how to one vs a group. I say I'm entertaining you.

*Three years of Garps training*

He got rid of the monkey and trained me three of the six rokushiki: soru, geppo and tekkai

*Fourth year of Garps training*

After I got used to the three rokushiki Garp started to fight me himself because now I would be able to dodge and take a hit from him

*Fith year of Garps training*

Garp said he trained me enough and I should be as strong as a rear admiral if I don't use me devil fruit during fighting. Now he is taking me to marines hq.
