Chapter 1 'A Strange Young Man'

Once upon a golden afternoon 1 hour before dusk, there was a maiden sitting on a bench at a park near a lamp post. She has wavy long dark brown hair and close to light brown eyes if the sunlight beamed at her eyes. She wore black boots, denim pants and black hoodie. The young girl wanted to go to a field full of lush greens, lavenders, barleys, and forests. Even though she has already seen a forest before, she wanted to live near it and wished to. A city girl, but wants to try living in the countryside quite some time where there is serenity, and not much noise all around. You can tell that she likes nature. She lowered her back and put her right fist under her chin, and wondered thus far how much it would be and wondered to a place where she wants to visit. The pretty young girl didn't know that there was an adventurous mystery lying ahead of her way. It is mid-afternoon to Sunset in the Fields of Gold on her left and Field of Calmness on her right, and a lot of trees in front of her. The young maiden is lying down in the middle of both fields, lightheaded, wondering what time it was, she then opened her eyes. After that, she dazed to the yellow-colored sky that had touches of orange hues. Furthermore, she lifted herself up, and figured out that she was in the middle of nowhere in the field. "It seems another place to explore." She said aloud, shocked. The girl stood up from her current position and looked around. "It's nice that I finally get to go here than reality. I am very grateful. Oh well, Should I get going? Or should I stay for a while?" thinking very deeply, she raised her right arm to her forehead. An unknown lad suddenly approached the young lady and shocked her from behind. "WAHHH" the young maiden said, surprised, and then sighed with relief because she finally met someone and she's not alone. "Are you alright? I saw you laying down on the field earlier so I went and rushed here. But it seems you're rather fine, my lady." Said the young lad. "Woah, woah, woah there, umm please don't call me my lady." The young girl looked at her right side and was embarrassed, she didn't know her cheeks were as pink as strawberries. "Okay then." And the man proceeded with a courteous bow, "What should I then call you right now? The nickname that I call you? But you're a noble, so I must call you madam, or my lady, so umm okay." The man said. The young maiden mumbled, "Noble??! I'm a noble here?Call me Emerald then." she told him. "THIS ERA IS PRETTY!!" she squealed inside,but she didn't wanna let it show. Although, the opposite of what she wanted to hide was clear on her face. She can be easily read by those around her. "Oh no, what era is this? What will be happening here? Anyways, imma figure it out, once I find clues." She looked down and muttered then she looked up at the unknown man, perplexed. "If I mind asking, who are you?" asked Emerald. "I'm one of the field guides here. This is the Field of Aurum There are 4 assigned guides in this place, but they are all busy on their own tasks and fields that manage to help." The Field Guide of Aurum replied. "Your older sister is waiting for you at the chateau! You can visit here and do lavender picking tomorrow morning my lady, it's already getting late" said the boy. "Oh please, I told you not to call me my lady!" the young girl was irritated. The Male Field Guide laughed by the way the lady said it. "Okay, okay, understood, Countess Emerald." He chuckled "Now, our sister is waiting for you, let's go at this instance." The young lad nodded. "Our sister?" she asked. "Yes, oh, your sister. Though she is also my sister, I just live in another castle." he replied. "You live in another castle?" asked Emerald. "Yes you have heard that correctly, dear. Just at the behind of the 'Original Castle' is the first castle that was built, if you don't know since you always explore other places but not your own home," then he glared at Countess Emerald, "since Amethyst told me to stay there because they were mad at me during the meeting about the secret garden our mom told us about." 10 seconds later there was a pause then he spoke in his thoughts. "Whither you forget me? One of your closest brethren, my dear sister? Is there something that happened? Or you're just acting like you're clueless?" After the hearing of it Emerald was excited, "May you show me the way, Sir?" Emerald asked. "Of course, of course. I can drop you off on the way there, but I'll hide since they might chase me off. I should stay there till tomorrow they said, but I shall be back by tomorrow morning." He answered. "Thank you, if you don't mind what is your name?" The Male Field Guide talked again in his thoughts "Did she really forget about me in just a few minutes that I went somewhere to get these flowers for her as a gift? Oh yeah the roses, I should hide it." Then he hid what he was holding at his back while she had not seen it yet. "Or is the Countess really serious?" He freaked out in front of her and then Emerald curiously looked at him, "This is a serious situation. I must tell the others regarding this." he thought then replied to Emerald, "That's for you to know" he laughed sarcastically. "If you say so, I respect that." Emerald replied. Then the Male Field Guide started walking and turned around to her sadly, "follow me" Emerald and the Male Field Guide walked on the fields till a huge castle-like house can be seen. There, they stood at a distance from the chateau and stopped. "May you enjoy the rest of the day. See you later in the morning Emerald! Here's a gift for you." Then he handed her the flowers. He still gave it to her since he struggled to find those rare roses. Then, he walked away from the Chateau towards the portion of the field. Emerald saw a Fox Brooch on the side of the Field Guide's coat, she rubbed her eyes to see if she saw it correctly. She did. "Oh yeah I shouldn't rub my eyes because my corneal abrasion might trigger another painful sharp pain". While the young lad was walking, he saw a golden rose grow in a nearby bush and stood there. "Wait a moment, how should I tell them?". Then he turned into a white fox and disappeared to a place unknown to mankind.
