Chapter 75: Weapons Don't Speak

Lily and Marianne have been battling against each other for hours.

"You're a potential assassin, I have to admit that". Marianne breathed out tiredly. 

The dusk already began to fall minutes ago. The horizon is now filled with red orange sky.

"Thanks". Lily remained in her position.

Even though they are using the same type of weapons which are dueling blades. However, Marianne is 2 levels above Lily. Experiences are not a little thing to ignore.

"Surrender now, Melina is coming". Marianne dropped her blades. "You have one minute to run".

"Ashes Fade". Lily threw one of her pocket knives toward Marianne's face.

Marianne was startled by her act, but she dodged it anyway. "You think you can hurt me with this old trick?". Then she looked around again, Lily was gone.

"Never underestimate someone". Lily whispered to Marianne's ear from the behind.

"What?". Marianne was about to react.
