They were all shocked by what they witnessed. There was an incident at the Suzuki house. A man coerced Suzuki Ryoichi, the father, and Suzuki Aiko, the mother, to commit suicide bombing. Additionally, the youngest sister/sibling, Suzuki Akane, had blood all over her legs and was only partially clothed. The same man sexually assaulted Akane.
Akari was so shocked by what had happened that she fainted out. Takeshi added, "Ichika, keep an eye out for Akari for a bit." Rikuu was shaking and unable to move. Rikuu saw a man with a gun in the middle of the smoke, and when he heard a gunshot, his body started to move on its own. He came very close to being struck.
The man who fled the house after the gunfire was the main suspect in the whole thing. Rikuu also saw that the running man was wearing both his father's pricey watch and his mother's valuable jewels. He attempted to pursue him, but his panic episode made him move too slowly. He avoided the man and fled, but not before noticing that the suspect was dressed in the identical coat that he had previously seen on the tree. More lifeless than before, Rikuu became. After getting back to the apartment, Takeshi observed him crying and bursting tears for the first time ever. Rikuu and Akari were deeply shocked by the Suzuki residence tragedy.
Ichika, however, requested help from the higher-ups while the suspect and Rikuu were having a conflict.
The four of them were instructed to remain at least 10 meters away from the house when help arrived. After gathering the corpses, they looked for evidence to support their claims. However, the same thing occurred as it did on the previous coat; the culprit left no trace.
After a short while, everyone was back at the headquarters. When they questioned Akari and Rikuu about the incident, Akari said, "It's the worst, just the worst," while Ichika said, "I would like to say something." Rikuu did not reply. Please address me as Rikuu for the time being. Along with witnessing an ocean of blood and lifeless people, I also experienced the most traumatic moment of my life. I noticed a man racing through the mist—no, in the smoke. That's all I know; the original Rikuu only knew the rest." They questioned Rikuu once more, but he remained still and refused to say anything. Due to that, they send them all home, in Ichika's house. Akari sobbed uncontrollably and blamed herself and Rikuu for what had happened when they arrived home. Rikuu went outside, sitting by the edge of the river still unmoved and not speaking.
A graceful figure moved behind Rikuu, and then, in an instant, he felt his mother giving him a hug. However, he noticed Ichika when he turned to look back. Rikuu began to cry once more after staying unmoved for hours. "It'll pass, i assure you that." "Why must they be the ones doing it? Why not others? Why in that manner? Why Exactly?Rikuu said. Everything occurred because fate permits us to experience suffering, even when it's the worst kind of anguish. "Don't worry, I'll be your ally until the very end," Ichika murmured, pulling Rikuu out of his misery.
That evening, Takeshi took action. He carried a knife, a rifle, and a camouflage outfit. To conduct more investigation, he traveled to Suzuki's home. He saw some odd numbers. He realized he had discovered a code including the Kaosu logo. After the hunt, he walked home. The code read, "9 11 21 26 21 19 + 21 21 25 18."
Even when the morning rises, Ichika and Rikuu are still sitting by the river, sharing stories with one another. Ichika does this on purpose to lessen Rikuu's feelings. Ichika was experiencing something that also made her feel better, but she had no idea.
Akari wakes up still crying and with tears in her eyes and cheeks. She stopped being energetic that day and became the quietest person ever. Ichika made sure Akari was okay when she and Rikuu left for their house. "How are you feeling right now?Ichika enquired. Ichika felt sorry for herself as she had never witnessed her best friend ignore her in such a way due to melancholy. "Please Ichika, not today, give me some space, I'm fine." Akari said. Ichika promised herself that she would always remain by Suzuki's side.
