Chapter 26: Manipulator

3RD PERSON'S POV

The girls were all seating quietly on the sofa, except for Naomi who has disappeared to her room. No one uttered a single word. Everyone's attention was all on the television, waiting for Naomi's plan, without any clue.

Alexa sported a dark blue pantsuit styled with a white top, low-top sneakers in black and layered necklaces. Her straight hair was cut to shoulder length, from waist-length, and is dyed with fiery red.

Julia is wearing a white off-shoulder self-tie culotte wide-leg jumpsuit, paired with nude pointed-toe lace-up beaded heels. Her hair was cut into a lob with Birkin bangs.

Sporting a shirt with a blue dog print, tucked in a denim skirt and a plain sky blue blazer on top of them, in a very cute outfit is Nike. Her hair was styled into a lob with a knot, and white sneakers as her footwear.

A pastel pink pullover tucked in denim shorts was worn by Thea, paired with light pink boots. Her hair was set into a beautiful waterfall braid.

The boys were all standing behind the sofa, all wearing a puzzled look just like the girls. They all looked intently at the screen, waiting for the unknown.

Ares wore distressed jeans, layers of different shades of white to gray on top and the skinny jeans work in great contrast. He paired it with gray rubber shoes and his hair was cut into waves with short sides.

Meanwhile, Elijah wore a simple yet chic outfit, the focal point of his outfit is of course the high top sneakers. A checkered open polo, on top of a black shirt, and a pair of black pants. His hair was in a classic combed back style.

Dark cherry sweater with a lighter salmon-colored hoodie and a super-light white longline tee work in perfect unison. Chase paired it with black sweatpants and gray sneakers. Tapered fade pompadour was his hairstyle.

Apollo sported a risky outfit with the distressed hoodie and pants, paired with white sneakers. His hair was styled into a messy French crop.

Kyousuke wore an off-white colored overcoat over a dark blue shirt and pants. He paired it with off-white sneakers and a low fade was his haircut.

The television suddenly displayed an unfinished building. Everyone stared at it intently, then a couple of people entered. A familiar couple to everyone, and three other people. One of them was tied, while the other two was dragging the guy, and the couple only watched with smiles on their face.

The two boys threw the tied guy to the ground, and he only whimpered. Every viewer tried their best to suppress their anger.

"How pitiful you are. Don't worry, we will end your suffering fast if you will cooperate with us.," the guy in very fashionable clothes said.

"That jerk, Du Ho!" Julia exclaimed, she was about to kick the television, but Chase stopped her.

"Calm down. This is Naomi's plan, we shouldn't mess it up," Chase whispered to her, and they went back to their places.

The beaten guy burst out laughing, making everyone confused. "You can kill me if you want, but let me give you a piece of advice. You better stop this, or karma will hit you hard. Your enemy is not karma only, but the queen," the guy stated, panting hard. He then spitted on Du Ho's shoes.

"Queen? Oh, you mean that bitch, Naomi? She can never do anything to me. I took all of the evidence she got and got rid of them," Du Ho sneered, then he started kicking the guy, and the other two guys followed. Hyuna only watched them, a smile of pleasure on her face.

When they got tired of beating him up, they opened a black backpack. They took out cigarettes, and drugs, and started smoking, while Du Ho was on the phone, doing transactions.

"You two will get rid of the boy later. Make sure there will be no mistake, we don't want our blissful life to be threatened," Hyuna told the two men, and they nodded. They were about to leave when they heard a loud thud, and the walls revealed a bunch of students, holding out their phones and cameras.

A woman wearing an all-black outfit with white hair entered, clapping her hands. "Great job! I didn't know you were that stupid," Naomi stated, wearing a smile at first, then her expression shifted to deadly serious, as fast as light.

The two other guys were about to take the beaten guy as a hostage, but members of the rose guards got him first. They tackled them down to the ground, as Naomi faced the couple.

She looked at them coldly, her aura was deadly. The couple tried to act with a straight face, but a hint of fear was seen in their eyes. All of the students present, recorded intently, anticipating the next scene.

"What is this? Is this a trap?!" Hyuna exclaimed, looking at Naomi with hateful eyes.

"It's not my fault that you two are stupid. Do you seriously think, I would leave the evidence lying in the living room, without any copies? That I would never notice the bugging devices and the cameras you guys placed?" She replied, her voice full of anger as she walked around them.

"Everything was planned, and you two never noticed. It was too easy for you, were you too ignorant to notice that it was a trap? Or were you absorbed in your hunger for power?"

"After making you believe that there was no evidence left, I made sure that you will make a move within this week. Then, the evidence was posted in the forum. You can check it out," she added, a smirk forming on her lips.

They immediately took out their phones and opened the school's online forum. A bunch of pictures of their transaction, call logs, and videos of torturing, killings, and bribery, were posted by the news publishing of the school.

Out of frustration and embarrassment, the two of them were about to attack Naomi, when she took out two black pistols, with a rose engraved on them, then pointed them on their heads.

"I dare you to move," she stated very coldly, her eyes looked as if she was dead herself. Members of the rose guards placed handcuffs on their wrists and guided them towards the exit.

"Don't worry. I will give you the punishment you deserve, but I won't kill you. Your punishment will last until the next term starts." After she said those words, the couple disappeared with the rose guards to a place no one wants to be.

A member of the rose guards, she can be the vice-leader, stayed behind, standing beside Naomi. All of the students left and they were the only ones left.

"What do you want to do, Lady Death?" she asked as Naomi's aura grows darker.

"Time to face the liars."
