The attack
unfortunately some magicians were injured because there was still level 6 life forms around liberty city
the orcs were to the north of their position but everyone knew that, the problem was that there were other groups of level 6 mages around Liberty City, Alexander wanted to eradicate them for a long time but he didn't have the necessary manpower, well until now
under Scarlett's advice, he first sent the orcs mages to pose as messengers from the orc faction located north of Liberty City, claiming that the level 7 mage who guarded Liberty City was outside of the city
The orcs brought together several monsters such as dragon panthers( panthers that had dragon blood in them ) level 6 harpies, killer bees and ghost trees.
these four clans of level 6 monsters reflected all the powerful clan in the forest around liberty city, especially the dragon panthers who were formidable enemies who had a dark affinity, they were especially active at night and terrorized the different adventurers so much so that no one dared to camp outside liberty city in recent years
the orcs did their job well , the orc messengers were often arrogant and had no form of identification because usually no one would dare bother a level 7 clan
the killer bees were the first to arrive on the premises, they were divided into several types depending on what they were fed , the basic workers were level 5, there were the warriors who were level 6 from beginner to advanced and the queen who always ate royal jelly and was level 6 pinnacle
the clan of ghost trees was the second, trees which came to life and became diabolical because of the experiments of a mage near the evil forest , the forest was located 200 miles west of liberty, it contained a lot of resources but no one never dared to set foot there because of the ghost tree
the trees did not have a high level of intelligence, at least for a level 6 and grew slowly, but it was almost impossible to kill them because they could come back to life as long as only one of their seeds was planted
which made them formidable enemies *
finally the harpies who were half man half bird, they had developed a kingdom south of liberty city and feeling threatened by its aggressive expansion of alexander they decided to join the other monsters to attack the city
once everyone was there, the orcs ordered to wait until midnight to attack, no one found this strange because the dragon panthers were the strongest in the group and their power was almost doubled at night
pretending to receive a message, one of the orcs asked the queen bee to follow him because one of the noble orcs wanted to discuss possible cooperation with her, once again no one found this odd because the bees often sold their jelly and honey to others
They took her to a cave far from the group and that's where the level 7 advanced mage that Alexander hired to defend Liberty City attacked the queen bee.
the queen was always accompanied by 4 other advanced level 6 bee warrior but she couldn't do anything against level 7
Alexander gave the level 7 mage 48 strength potions which was the salary equivalent to a year of work so that the level 7 finally agreed to help with the plan but it was all worth it
the different warrior bees were immobilized and the queen was captured, poisoned and finally an orb of obedience was placed in her mind
once the queen was under control, the warrior bee that accompany her stopped to attack
Alexander explained to the queen the function of the orb of obedience and she was scared to death, to control the life and death of a creature as noble as her, these mages are really were bad guys!
She quickly swore loyalty to Alexander because her situation did not allow her to do anything else.
Alexander then explained his plan to her and how she should act
all this took time to explain but in reality , it only took a few minutes and thanks to the control of the elements that a level 7 magician possesses, all this took place without alerting the other level 6 mages
once the queen bee returned, it was the turn of the harpy queen
harpies only gave birth to females and they needed males to continue reproducing, they often used the males of other species and orcs were one of those species
so it was not strange that one of the noble orcs wanted to speak in private with the queen of the harpies
It's my Lord Benjamin who wants to see you, Madam Queen," reported one of the orcs
Benjamin was one of the future leaders of the orc clan, so it was an important business meeting for the Harpy Queen
she went to the same cave as the queen bee and was accompanied by two level 6 guards - advanced
like the queen bee, she was immobilized and poisoned and an orb of obedience was inserted into her mind and like the queen bee, understanding that she was in a bad situation she quickly swore loyalty to Alexander
once 2 of the four groups were under the orders of Alexander, the orcs ordered the ghost trees to form groups with the harpies and the bees and to disperse around Liberty City without arousing suspicion, they will attack when they see a fireball in the sky
the group of dragon panthers (which was made up of 15 level 6 individuals) will be placed with that of the 10 orcs
They will be separated into 5 groups also placed around Liberty City once all this was done, the different groups had to wait for the signal to attack the city
soon the sun disappeared and was replaced by the two moons of Oberon but still no signal was given, 1 hour passed, then 2 and then 5 but still nothing, the panthers and the ghost trees began to ask questions because now was the best time to attack while their dark affinity was the strongest
the leader of the orcs mages said that their young master benjamin wanted to witness the conquest of liberty city and that they would attack when he arrived
no one dared to speak anymore because the name of benjamin was known to everyone, he was a sadistic orc who liked to eat his victims
so they waited for Benjamin to arrive but the signal was not given until the next day, when the sun was at its zenith
the panthers and the ghost trees wanted to refuse but everyone was afraid of the consequences it would bring
the attack was therefore a total failure and Alexander with the help of his various mages was able to finish off the ghost trees and the dragon panthers in just a few minutes mainly because of their number, there were 15 dragon panthers and 20 ghost trees but 300 warrior bees and 200 level 6 harpies
all the panthers were killed, being monsters who had dragon blood in their veins, they all simply refused to submit and to have an orb of obedience put in their minds
the ghost trees seeing Alexander behead the dragon panthers so easily and without any considerations all agreed to surrender
killer bees and harpies had a large population and were not used to fighting with weapons but alexander wanted to change that
the picture of an army of thousands of bees with spears and shields and harpies with arrows, swords and shields caused a smile to appear on Alexander's lips
they were now thousands of individuals capable of dying under his orders, such power was intoxicating
the different ghost trees were sent to the different establishments of the red lotus to guard the place , as they were slow and powerful they could be deployed in a battlefield but they would make perfect guards
Alexander could now use half of his invocations in complete peace of mind
the trees could get powerful anywhere so alexander promised to give them level 7 elemental stones and everyone was happy
while searching the base of the dragon panthers, Alexander found 5 baby dragon panthers that he adopted, they could grow up to level 6, it wasn't much but he could give them as trophies to the members of his team who behaved well
he also gave one to Enu and Scarlett
If we consider the wealth that Alexander successfully extracted from the different clans he invaded, the 48 potions of strength he paid would only represent a small amount.
but above all he only had 2 elements left to be able to create strength potions on his own , the tears of a mermaid and the horns of a dragon pig
