Life after graduation

Laura said "jakes we need to talk."

Jakes said "what is it honey?"

Laura said "I have news."

Jakes said "bad or good?"

Laura said "both, the wedding planner will only meet us tomorrow, and I have business meeting what should I do?"

Jakes said "I will meet up with the wedding planner and will set up a date for both of us to be there to plan our wedding."

Laura said "great thank you darling."

Jakes said "was that all, you look troubled."

Laura said "I think your father is dying, and I saw your ex-girlfriend or the girl you used to flirt with, she is pregnant and it is a lot to take in I know love."

Jakes said "what are you saying Laura, my father is not dying and my ex what ex one thing at a time speak."

Laura said "I was talking to him, the things he was saying that I should look after you, he gave me the book that has stories about how he first build his company, and other stories in it that I should keep it for you why not give it to you?"

Jakes said "because I'm supposed to read it when he is gone, has every detail about his life his success his mistakes and regrets. That's what he told me when I was a kid and I am not ready to lose him."

Laura said "I know, he has been acting strange for weeks now we ignore it , it is not too late lets pray and get his doctor to tell us what is going on with him."

Aunty Dora the helper shouting for help, "someone call the ambulance", "God please save him" jakes crying. He was already dead when the ambulance got there.

Jake's father passed away from illness did not tell his son, that he is dying and Evelin was the only one who knew ththis. The funeral was just the family and few friends.

Everyone has their way of dealing with loss, grief can bring people close or destroy them.

The wedding plans were postponed they were going through so much and jakes still didn't know if his ex was pregnant with his child or was she one of those he hang out with nothing happened.
