Just A Dream

As soon as Levi had awoken, he saw the entire room in chaos, beside the door Levi could see an unknown man fighting with what looked like the innkeeper, with the tongue like that of a serpent.

Amidst this chaos of battle and fire, Levi tried looking around for Arishem, that was when he noticed him holding onto Elena, and trying to bring her out of the bed covers.

“Magnus, since the spell only applies to when one goes in, not being able to come out, so, since I haven’t gone out, I and my parents should be able to leave” reasoned Arishem.

“Yes, I think so, tell your father to take your mother and lead them out” said Magnus between his battle with the innkeeper.

“Father take mother with you and follow me out” said Arishem to Levi, and Levi quickly carried Elena and followed Arishem from behind.

Back in the room, Magnus kept fighting with the innkeeper but the witcher wasn’t giving him chance to attack and vanquish him once.

Just as Magnus got the chance to attack, the innkeeper suddenly spluttered blood, and fell to the ground.

Magnus saw Krezon behind the innkeeper after he had fallen, with Krezon’s claws, sticking out.

“What exactly did you do that for”? asked Magnus annoyed with Krezon’s actions,

“I thought you needed help, so I just happened to be there” replied Krezon while visibly smirking for stealing Magnus’ kill.

“Master Arishem and his mortal parents are outside far from the flames around the inn, probably waiting for you” informed Krezon to Levi,

“Time to leave Krezon” answered Magnus.

When Magnus and Krezon got outside, they saw Levi, Arishem and Elena who was already awake.

“What exactly happened in there”?, questioned Levi to Magnus

"Oh that was just humans being careless and the innkeeper turned out to be a thief, so I just happened to be around to notice” replied Magnus smoothly, as though he wasn’t lying.

Levi knew this man was lying, but he just decided to play along.

Elena didn’t even know what happened, she was still very confused.

During that early hours of the morning, Levi was luckily able to get another inn to stay, so he and his family stayed there for the night, he also invited Magnus to stay for the night, thinking he and Krezon didn’t have where to stay.

Since the only available room was one, they all had to stay in the same room.

When it was almost the break of a new day, when Levi and Elena were already fast asleep again, Magnus walked over to Arishem’s parents, and laid his hands on their head, and just like that, their memories of this mid morning was erased.

Arishem walked over to Magnus saying,

“Thank you for today Magnus and tell Azazel I said thanks, I hope to see you again”,

“No master, it was my duty, and I shall convey your appreciations, to master Azazel” replied Magnus.

And with that, Magnus and Krezon went on their way back to hell.

The next day had arrived, and Levi and Elena didn’t remember anything from the mid morning, as though, it was just a dream.

Arishem sure didn’t doubt Magnus’ abilities.

Magnus and Krezon, were proudly making their way through hell’s entrance, and Gatekeeper wondered what was making them that excited and proud, ‘ well nevermind, I will forever remain Gatekeeper, afterall, those other positions bore me’ thought Gatekeeper.

Back in Dorne, before Levi had left, he had kept Aemond in his absence.

Antonio, was furious because he was supposed to be the one in Levi’s absence but because of him and Allegra being caught in their exploit of tax money meant for the people.

Aemond had also been informed by Levi to be careful about Allegra and her husband Antonio, and most especially to keep an eye on both of them.

He just hoped they didn’t do anything wrong before Levi’s return.

But who was he deceiving, Allegra and her husband didn’t know to stay out of trouble.

Back in hell, Azazel had already been expecting to see Magnus and Krezon come in looking all proud, he would never acknowledge, but they both made a good team back there.

Magnus and Krezon were invited into Azazel’s chambers, and they both bowed their heads in deep respect.

“Come forward my loyal servants” commanded Azazel, and they both did.

“What did my son command you to tell me “ asked Azazel to Magnus

“Master Arishem said to tell you how much he appreciates your help” replied Magnus.

Azazel already knew what Arishem had said afterall he had been watching him all along.

Levi and his family had finally arrived in Serpy, by the time their carriage stopped at the front of the castle’s big doors, Quince was already there to welcome them, and he seemed to be glowing, ‘ probably the joy of father hood’ thought Levi.

Levi and Elena made their way into Quince’s castle.

“How is lady Agatha doing” asked Elena to Quince.

“She’s doing fine, she just started feeding our baby some few minutes before you came” replied Quince joyously.

Quince hadn’t seen Arishem, so he decided to ask.

“How about Arishem, I didn’t see him with you” and that was when Levi and Elena noticed that Arishem was no longer with them.

Just as soon as they were about to start searching for Arishem, Quince caught sight of him in the garden, just looking at the snow flakes fall atop the flowers that were able to survive during this winter.

Quince, Levi and Elena just followed him in admiring, until Arishem felt their presence, and he quickly turned around

“I am sorry for my absence mother, father and King Quince” apologized Arishem.

“I don’t mind it Prince Arishem, you are free to visit my garden whenever you wish” replied Quince.

With that, they all went into the castle, while one of the maids showed Levi and Elena to their respective chambers, while Arishem was also shown his.

Terozat had made plans of merging with humans and him being the controller behind the scenes. He couldn’t wait to battle Dorne.
