For forty minutes Gilang drove his car from the office to his parents' house and finally Gilang arrived at the front gate of the house. Gilang still lives with his parents and doesn't have a house to live in yet.

Gilang paused for a moment in front of the gate of the house while looking at the face of a guard who was opening the gate. Moments later, Gilang's car entered the courtyard of his parents' three-story mansion and stopped at the carport of the house.

Gilang hurriedly got out of the car, then ran to the door of his house and at that time the door of the house had opened. Gilang's eyes lit up looking at the faces of his parents who were sitting together with two female guests.

"Assalamualaikum..." Gilang greeted them and walked hurriedly past them.

"Wa'alaikumsalam...." Both parents replied with puzzled faces

"Gilangg..!" shouted his mother but Gilang did not heed his mother's call, he immediately opened the door of his room while waving his hand.

"Why is Gilang in such a hurry Aunt Ratna?" asked the young woman sitting side by side with the middle-aged woman.

"It's okay, Leni…, maybe there's something left in his room, so he's in such a hurry." replied his mother Gilang.

Leni smiled faintly "Oh I see... Auntie. I thought that Gilang had forgotten me." Leni said again with a beaming face.

Gilang's mother smiled broadly at Leni's words, Leni was afraid that Gilang would forget her and her worries because there was love behind all her worries. Leni is too afraid of losing Gilang's love for her.

"You don't think like that Leni." said the middle-aged woman beside Leni.

"Just surprised Ma..., suddenly Gilang came in without wanting to see my face and then entered his room." Leni replied with half a smile on her lips.

"Later, when Gilang comes out, he will definitely chat with you." said Gilang's father.

Leni blushed with shame at Gilang's father's face, "Yes, uncle Yongki..., maybe I'm too nervous." Leni said, she squeezed the fingers of her hand to cover up the madness.

"Please declare, Yongki... Leni and Gilang haven't seen each other for four years." said Leni's mother named Lusi then she put her arm around Leni's shoulder.

Yongki smiled widely, his eyes narrowed and he could see an enormous amount of love in Leni's eyes, he missed madly, all of Leni's feelings for Gilang could be seen from the gestures on Leni's face which were very nervous.

"Does Leni love Gilang? If you do, please tell me." Yongki immediately shot Leni's wish and Leni was even more embarrassed to hear Yongki's question, Leni's face turned red. Leni was silent for a moment in her confusion but Yongki pursued the second question for her "If you love him, I will convey your feelings to him."

Leni's eyebrows jerked, she was silent for a moment with her face blushing even more and her eyes wandered around the living room while squeezing her fingers.

"Yes Uncle." Leni answered while lowering her face.

Leni didn't expect to be shot by Yongki's question which immediately pierced her heart but Yongki was very happy to hear Leni's honesty and Leni's courage in expressing her love for Gilang, he smiled then turned his gaze to his wife's face then they looked at each other.

"As far as I know... Gilang has never had a girlfriend and it's not easy to win his heart either." Ratna said while turning her eyes to Leni "Better... Leni approaches Gilang immediately." he continued.

"Gilang is the most loyal type of guy, but he's picky." Yongki said while glancing at his wife mischievously.

His wife's eyes drifted away from her husband's gaze.

"Mm..., yes, just like his father." Linda responded to her husband's words in a discordant voice because she was embarrassed in front of people. she is ashamed to admit that she pursued her husband's love when they were teenagers.

"Hahaha .." yongki laughed out loud at his wife's words. Linda doesn't want to admit that it was she who pursued his love. fond memories of their love when they were teenagers

Ratna's eyes looked at the open door of Gilang's room, "Gilang, come out." said Ratna with pursed lips directing Leni's gaze to Gilang.

Gilang approached them with a beaming face and you could see that between his arms tucked in a large brown envelope. Gilang's appearance in white shirt and black trousers raised question marks on the faces of his parents.

Their foreheads wrinkled together "You're wearing black and white, where are you going, Gilang? Do you want to apply for a job?" asked Yongki while observing Gilang.

"Yes, daddy... I want to be a personal driver for the CEO of the Baron company." Gilang said while sitting in the middle of his parents then staring at the faces of Leni and his mother.

Yongki put his arm around Gilang's shoulder, "I understand what you are going to do..., surely our employees are playing cheats with the baron company." Yongki said.

Gilang's eyes couldn't leave Leni's face as he answered his father's words "Yes, that's true and I have to catch it myself." Answer Gill.

then Gilang turned the conversation to leni and her mother "Leni... Aunt Lusi, sorry I can't accompany you right now. Uber taxi is waiting for me in front but I promise I will arrange a time so we can talk casually." Gilang said while pressing his hands together in front of his lips.

"I understand Gill." said Leni grinning, she can understand how busy Gilang is at the moment.

Gilang smiled hearing Leni's answer, who could understand his current condition, then he got up from his seat

"Sorry, I'm going first, Assalamualaikum…." said Gilang, hunching his shoulders in front of Leni and Lusi.

"Wa'alaikumsalam…." they replied in unison and Gilang rushed out of his house to meet an Uber taxi in front of his gate.

Leni's eyes led Gilang to get into the car, while his mother was still busy talking to Gilang's parents.

Leni looks happy to hear Gilang's promise to hold a special meeting for her, she really hopes that time will come, she smiles to herself imagining their date day.

"I really like you; I hope we can unite in complete happiness to become husband and wife." thought Leni. She really hopes that one day she can be a gilang wife. a hope that is still gray but can make Leni's lips smile.
