Meanwhile, Vincent and Vicki were on the other side of the city. They were walking down the street. Vincent took this time while things were quiet on the streets to get to know Vicki. She never seemed to be a talkative person, she came off shy.

"So where are you from?" Eric asked Vicki.

"Me?" She responded, glancing at him and pushing her hair on the right side behind her ear.

"Yes, you. How else would I ask?" He said with a small laugh.

"O, uh, I'm from a city about 150 miles south from here. The city is a smithing city. It's called Steel City."

"Is it a big city?"

"About 5 years ago, I would tell you no. But the place keeps growing. Our city provides our military with most of their equipment. Because of that, the military keeps building it up and protecting it. It might be one of the safest cities."

"I would assume so. Do your parents do anything with the steel?" Vincent continued to ask questions.
