Seeing the crowd gathered and the news reporters I decided to put on a display of power. In a combination of Solar power from destiny and the Force of starwars I created a miniature star for show before dispersing it through the crowd. The wave of light and fire healed everyone it touched even old injuries and sickness from cavities to things like Asthma. Things like missing limbs remained unaffected other than alienating pain. There was also a sense of calm not forced or anything but sorta easing sense.

I saw Orphan's eyes bulge as she began to reexamine her body with removing anything just light hardly noticeable movements. It seemed that Batgirl and Nightwing began to do the same after realizing what Orphan was doing. Nightwing was working his elbow and touching his ribs while Batgirl was feeling her back and knees. The were originally non powered individuals so there were many instances where they were injured or pushed themselves too far. This was why they were some of the few people to immediately realize what was different as their bodies were important to their work.

I thought that Dr Strange would have realize it later but the look on his face said that it was the opposite. He originally learned magic due to his injuries latter taking up the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme but apparently he must have still been suffering from pain in his hands and learned to deal with it. It was also possible that he was acutely aware of how the power traveled and followed it realizing it fixed his hands. He kept staring at his hands as trying figure if it was real or temporary.

<Raven POV>

I was just about to ask exactly happened inside but before I could Julian created what looked like a miniature star. It exploded into a wave of beautiful light that seemed to fix whatever was wrong with an individual. When the light touched me it was before I could react and I am glad that I didn't as I felt Trigon's hold on me wane a bit. It didn't free me from his control but it did give me more freedom than I originally had.

As soon as I saw him create a star I immediately created a shield around myself. What I thought would be some sort of attack or some sort of malicious action turned out to be something completely unexpected. It made me wonder why I or other people in the magic community have never done anything quite like this. I understood that there were probably very good reasons for why this was but it still didn't sit well with me.

<Vicki Vale POV>

I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have Julian here and with my connection I was sure to get an interview with priority treatment. I was sure it would cost me a night in his bed but that seemed more like a perk than anything else. I was a little worried about his wife but according to him they both come from the same dimension so she most likely won't mind. The way things are going I might really take him up on his offer and become exclusively his.

I noticed Lois Lane was also on the scene no doubt trying to steal the story again. I was a step slower than her and I saw her smug smirk as she looked at me but she wasn't going to get the story before me! This is my city and my story! I saw Julian glance at Lois and I hate to admit it but she is gorgeous unfortunately for her it wouldn't work this time.

....

<Dr Strange POV>

Just as I was about to examine the house but suddenly I was hit by a wave of light from behind. I hadn't realized it at first but then it became clear what had happened as I no longer felt the pain in my hands that has accompanied me all these years. Taking off my gloves I could no longer see the scars that lead me down the path of magic; instead I could feel my hands returned to what they were before the accident. I had no desire to return to my old life but it was nice to feel whole again.
