True Genin Exam [3]

The plan was simple, We would distract Kakashi and get the bells. The both of them were in their respective positions as we perched on the trees around the posts. 

Upon sensing Kakashi's chakra coming close by, I signaled to Hanabi and she jumped out into the open. 

"Byakugan!"

Activating the Unique Doujutsu of the Hyuga clan, veins bulged around her eyes as she was able to perceive Kakashi's presence. 

'It's only temporary,' Hanabi thought as Kakashi appeared behind her, she had already seen it coming though and jumped to create some space between herself and Kakashi.

"I hope you are not a Shadow clone," Kakashi said with an exasperated sigh and Hanabi managed a small smirk.

"With the power of the Byakugan, I can see everything," Hanabi said while entering the stance of the Gentle Fist, "Fight me Sensei,"

Kakashi didn't reply but instead he brought out his book and flipped another page, The action made Hanabi angry.

"Why're you bringing out a book?!" Hanabi screamed out.

"Because I want to see what happens next," was Kakashi's reply, as honest as it sounded, One could see that he didn't consider her an opponent.

Hanabi gave him an angry scowl and sprung forward, her palms shooting toward Kakashi but to her surprise, The Jonin dodged her attacks easily.

He wasn't even looking at her and he was dodging… Hanabi thought it was because of the fact that he's a Jonin.

I knew better, Although it is known that Sensory Ninja are the only Ninja that have the ability to sense Chakra- That is true and untrue.

Sensory Ninja can sense Chakra over a long distance but each and every Ninja is at least able to sense the Chakra of their opponents in a one or two meter radius which was why, Kakashi was able to dodge her attacks without looking at her.

Hanabi thrusted her palm forward, aiming for Kakashi's head but the Jonin dodged the attack by ducking and moving backward.

As the battle continued with Kakashi dodging every one of Hanabi's attacks, I noticed that they were getting closer to the posts. Hanabi was unaware that Kakashi was luring her into the posts, That's what getting into your Opponent's head is all about.

Hanabi pushed more Chakra into her tenkentsu and aimed for Kakashi's right hand, chakra burst to life around her fingers as they got closer… It seemed that they were going to touch him.

"You lose," Kakashi said as Hanabi felt her back hit something hard, She couldn't even react as she was tied to the post by Kakashi.

I gave Sasuke the signal and he nodded reluctantly, releasing small fireballs toward Kakashi. I had clones deployed around the Post, Each were going to complete the plan.

It took some convincing but Hanabi agreed to be bait, as long as they passed… Hah hah, She didn't expect that she would be tied to the post did she?

Kakashi dodged these small fireballs and grabbed his book only for a Clone to appear right in front of him.

"So it's you," Kakashi said.

The clone cleared his throat.

"AT THE END OF ICHA-ICHA PARADISE VOLUME 5, THE MAIN CHARACTER REM WILL-"

Kakashi's eyes widened as he realized the clone was spoiling the book, His hands instantly went to his ears blocking all sounds.

But his eye was fixated on the clone's mouth, He could still read his lips.

[A / N: I mean It's incredibly logical that with or without Sharingan, Kakashi should be able to read someone's lips… It absolutely makes sense, Doesn't it? After all, he ain't called the Copy Ninja for nothing]

And to avoid having his favorite volume spoiled, He closed his eyes. Another clone sweeped in, grabbing hold of the bells.

Sasuke and I emerged from our hiding places and I jumped down, collecting the bells from the clone and dispersing all the clones I created.

"Yo Kakashi, We got the bells," I said but there was no reply, He was still closing his eyes and ears.

…

Sasuke and I opened our bentos, the aroma assaulting our noses. Special Lunch made by Kakashi.

Ah, The taste of victory. We officially passed that test and Kakashi left to verify with the Hokage so now we were left in the training ground- Eating lunch while Hanabi was tied to the post.

"Kakashi really knows how to make good lunch," I said and Sasuke actually nodded in agreement, surprising me.

We suddenly heard a stomach growling and I turned to face Hanabi with a slight smirk on my face.

"You hungry?" I asked.

"N- No," Hanabi replied but her stomach betrayed her, letting out a grumble as if it was disagreeing to her answer.

"But your stomach says otherwise," I said with a teasing smile, "You want some lunch?"

"Kakashi-sensei didn't leave any for me," Hanabi said with a cute pout.

"Then I'll just have to feed you," I said and Hanabi blushed while turning her face to the right.

"I won't eat it if you feed me," Hanabi said.

"Alright, I'll just eat my lunch," I said and continued eating my lunch, "Oh my god, It's so sweet… The Rice is boiled just right…"

Sasuke looked at Hanabi sorrowfully for a moment but he was grateful that he wasn't the one tied to the post.

"F- fine, I'll eat," Hanabi said.

"Then beg for it," I said nonchalantly.

Hanabi's eyes widened but she couldn't reply, She was the one being dominated here- For once in her life, She deeply regretted taunting Naruto in class.

"Please can you feed me?…"

"Who do you want to feed you?"

"You,"

"Who am I?"

"N- Naruto,"

I was satisfied.

"You want me to feed you? Why didn't you say so earlier?" I grinned and then used the Chopsticks to take a bit of meat from the bento, "Open your mouth,"

Hanabi reluctantly opened her mouth and I put the food inside, letting her chew the delicious meat.

"It's delicious," Hanabi said with a slight blush and then she muttered, "But… That was an indirect kiss,"

"What did you say?" I asked.

"N… nothing," Hanabi replied, "Please feed me more,"

Haha, Alpha Male Naruto has risen!

And that wraps up the True Genin exams, Now I guess I should start preparing for the Hidden Wave village arc.
