0.3 - Confusion about Insurgence Lore?

I mean, who played the game knows that there are the Other regions in Insurgence, even if its not possible to visit them. But in my story i made that Torren is the last region to exist, so, even Reukra is confused in Kanto since it doesn't exist in his universe. Hope the confusion was cleared.

And, finally, this is the animeverse, so, Red and the other characters aren't here, except for a certain someone because i found him interesting to have in this story.
