Their Beauty Sleep.
Hanna had something serious that urgently came up which interfered with most of her duties yesterday, it was so serious that it even got Nicki off of her mind, whom she was ordered by the Alpha to be in charge of and know all her every moves.
But, having a companion like Astrid, someone who she could firmly trust, she then put Nicki in her care with the hope that Astrid would take on the task and do the job properly. However, after she settled the issue that popped up, Hanna somehow forgot to check on Nicki last night before going to sleep.
And Astrid, who could have helped remind her of it, totally failed her. She also found out Astrid never did the task that she entrusted on her and was really mad at her about it.
Which led to a heavy argument that broke out between them earlier this morning before the students would wake up and start preparing for training. Something that rarely happens between them both, the cause of the argument being about Nicki only made Astrid's dislike towards her to yield more.
"She's not in here!" Hanna was freaking out, they just got into Nick's room and couldn't find her in there. It wasn't even time yet for training or else they would have thought that's where she went and go looking for her to confirm it.
"Are you sure she's not in there?, Look well" Astrid was helping Hanna look for Nicki but she refused to step into the room to make the search easier. She didn't just detest Nicki but the Luna's Lounge room too ever since it was handed over to her yesterday.
"You know it would be a lot easier if you brought your ass in here and help me search for her. This place isn't just any tiny squash room that the other students stay in" Hanna wasn't happy with Astrid's selfish behavior and complained about it.
She's the reason they are in this mess in the first place and she didn't even bother about it.
"No, thank you, I'm good. I will just stay out here and wait for you to find her in there" Astrid showed no real concern about the search, too busy popping the gum that she blew and kept standing outside the room waiting for Hanna to do the job of finding Nicki alone.
"Well, suit yourself" Hanna rolled her eyes at the sight of Astrid popping gum and went over to a particular corner to know if Nicki could be hiding there and waiting for them to leave.
A couple of minutes passed by and there was still no sign of Nicki. This time, Hanna became extremely alarmed because of it and then transferred her aggression on Astrid again. The Alpha won't just be mad at them but totally disappointed that they failed to do the favor they solemnly vowed to do for him.
When he finds out that Nicki was missing just a day after she arrived.
"You know I really want to say f**k you to you right now because you were damn stupid to let your jealousy make us lose Nicki. What if we never find her?What are we going to tell the Alpha?. We promised not to fail him yesterday" Hanna shut the door after she came out of the room and was transferring her aggression on Astrid.
"Look, it's okay to put the blame on me but if I can clearly remember, I never promised you that I was going to keep my eyes on Nicki. I only told you that I was going to do it but I never promised that I would. And why would I?She's not a kid that needs to be checked on all the time so she doesn't end up hurt or lost" Astrid accepted the blame but not all of it entirely as she defended herself.
"You…." Hanna pointed to Astrid's face with resentment. "You just pray that we find Nicki first before news about her missing reaches out to the Alpha or else I'm totally going to put this on you alone. After all, I'm not the jealous or bitter one herer" With this statement, Hanna walked out on Astrid in search of Nicki.
She knows where to find her if she still has even the tiniest bit of interest in the search.
"Ugh" Astrid sighed in annoyance and crossed her arms between her chest. She wanted to stay back and let Hanna proceed with the search alone without her, but she just couldn't do it and had to swallow her pride and go help out.
"Wait for me" She yelled out as if Hanna was actually going to pause in her tracks and wait for both of them to go together.

The excitement of having a new friend that was trustworthy made both Ariana and Nicki forget about the strict rules guiding the place and had a lot of fun yesterday talking and knowing more about each other. That it eventually made them fall asleep and forgot that no one was meant to be out of their room by 10 pm sharp or even sleep together.
Not even mates do it here, talking more about just friends.
And to add more to the trouble they were in already, Ariana forgot about the every morning training that would begin in a couple of minutes and cuddled Nicki tightly like she was the teddy bear she cuddles with at night while sleeping.
However, their beauty sleep and the lovely sight of two tight friends sleeping together that was a very beautiful sight for one to behold was about to get disrupted by the unmistaken loud bang that came on the door. Thanks to the fact that none of them were heavy sleepers, they jumped out the bed in fright immediately.
"What was that?" Nicki asked, already quivering in fear that they were under attack. That bang wasn't just an ordinary knock on the door. Her fear about this place possibly being a secret Nazi hideous hasn't left yet.
"I don't know but whatever it was, it didn't sound good" Ariana was just as frightened as Nicki was, and a startling realization instantly hit her when she stared at the clock and saw what time it was. Her soul nearly left her body and the heavy bang on the door again only made the situation worse.
"Ariana Gomez, I said open up now!" A voice from outside the room yelled.
"Wait, I think that voice sounds like…" The voice Nicki heard right now was quite familiar since Hanna's tiny voice could never be mistaken by anyone who hears it even only once.
"Your Guides!, Hanna and Astrid. They came here looking for you because you fell asleep in my room. Oh my God, this isn't happening, we are doomed, what do we do?!" Ariana completed the sentence for Nicki, her hands on her head as her world was finished.
"Well…I think we should calm down first, you precisely" Nicki has never witnessed anyone under a panic attack like Ariana. her whole body was literally quivering like an earthquake. She could even wet her pants.
"I said to open this door, Ariana, or I'm going to break it down!" This time the bang on the door came with a warning.
"Oh my God, what do we do, Nicki? We are toast," Ariana has already broken into tears, scaring Nicki who was starting to think they were going to be killed for breaking one silly rule.
"I'm going to open the door" She then brought up a suggestion that nearly made Ariana collapse.
"No, don't do that!" Ariana stopped her from reaching the door.
"Why?, it's better I open it. You don't have to say anything, I will do all the talking and put this on me. If we don't open the door now they are still asking nicely, we will only get into more trouble" Nicki made a point that Ariana understood, however, she still didn't like the fact that Nicki wants to open the door.
But, what can they do to help themselves out in this hopeless situation? Nicki was right, it was better they open the door now the guides were still asking nicely.
"Are you really going to break it down?" Astrid asked Hanna, finding the threat she had on Ariana and Nicki to get them to open the door ridiculous.
"Of course not, isn't it obvious I only said that to scare them into opening the door? I'll just keep knocking till they let me in" Hanna was about to knock on the door again but paused when it was finally opened.
"Finally" She gladly murmured under her breath. "You two…"
"It was me, just me. Don't put this on Ariana, I was the one that forced her into letting me sleep in here" Nicki confessed immediately, cutting Hanna short of words.
"Well then, prepare to get punished...." Hanna announced and paused, her evil side gradually taking over to see how Nicki reacts the moment she says. "By the Alpha himself, not us"
"What?" Nicki's jaws instantly dropped.
