The sea was… blue. It wasn't visually interesting, especially when the waters were calm. The average fisherman loved this place, but for a random group of people who mostly roamed the lands, the sea looked just plain and boring to them.
If they weren't going to face a bunch of dangerous fish, Bardeelus wouldn't pay attention to the surroundings whatsoever. It would be unnecessary, as he wasn't either a tradesman or a fisherman.
They were out here with a greater purpose, it wasn't an everyday trip for one to face or fight homicidal fish. Anyway, the waters were doing a great job in terms of waking everyone up!
The breezy and salty air slapped their faces, and at some point Bardeelus even threw up half of the boar meat that he ate last night. The journey was dizzying, but he regained his composure eventually.
