NECRO-Driver Dawn EP 4: The Start of a War!

*They both catch up, and then stop as they see everyone standing still looking up in the sky. Suddenly, their pleasant conversation turns into a very loud silence from everyone. In what can only be described as trembling thoughts of fear, questions break the silence.*

Sonjo: *With shock and fear* W-WHAT IS THAT?!

Khan: *With shock and fear* IT'S… IT'S HUGE!

Baron Hampton: *Still looking up at the sky philosophically * Yes… That do be what she tells me.

Roux: *Punches Baron right on the top of the head* THIS IS NO TIME FOR YOUR INDECENCY BARON!

Fadra: Where did all of these ships come from? Is this their entire fleet?

Jin: *Looking at the sky* A better question is how are we supposed to deal with this many ships?

Capt. Maeko: We've got our own battleship, with everything we need. C'mon let's go!

*They run to the ship. On the way, Capt. Maeko explains the situation.*

Baron Hampton: I see, so that's what's been going on.

Jin: You do have a plan, right Baron?

Baron Hampton: Of course I have a plan. I always have a plan for everything.

Kira: OMG he's bluffing! He's totally bluffing! He always says that when he doesn't have a plan!

Baron Hampton: HEY, Kira! How 'bout you calm yourself down?

Capt. Maeko: Kira, you will be responsible for the radar systems on the ship. Fadra, you're our medic from now on. Alex and Roux, I want you two manning the machine guns. Zach, you'll help Kira with the radar and make sure all our equipment is ready. Everyone else, go out there and attack the enemy!

Baron Hampton: See? I always have a plan for everything!

Capt. Maeko: Let's move!

Everyone: RIGHT! (About a few more seconds of running, and they finally arrive on the scene. Ja'Skaar is trying to fend off the attack, while C helps lead civilians onto the ship)

Ja'Skaar: *Turns to see everyone running to the battle* FINALLY! It took you all long enough!

C: Baron, I assume you took care of everything right?

Baron Hampton: But of course! Alright everyone, time to show these clowns what happens when they mess with us.

*Everyone heads to their stations and Jin, Sonjo, and Khan hop in the mechs. Then they line up on catapults*

Zach: Alright guys, these catapults were designed to give whatever's in it a huge boost. Your mechs would be perfect for this. Just step on and you'll be good to go.

Sonjo: Catapult clear, ready to launch!

Khan: All systems in the green, ready!

Jin: Mission accepted, let's do it!

(Play Dragon Ball Z Kai - Fusion's Theme (Official) Unreleased OST on loop) *An intense battle begins. Ja'Skaar and C begin to lead civilians on to the ship for their protection. Everyone else learns about their new roles as they go.*

Capt. Maeko: Alex, Roux, get to those machine guns. Fire on the enemy as soon as possible! Kira, get that radar system online! Zach, launch the catapult now!

Zach: You got it sir! Launching now! *He launches the catapults and they all head into the air. After a bit of time has passed, the machine guns are up and ready. Ja'Skaar eventually joins the fight and C uhh… I guess floats to the bridge.*

Capt. Maeko: All machine guns, fire on the enemy!

*They begin firing at the enemy. Meanwhile: Jin, Sonjo, and Khan begin their aerial assault. During this, Baron deals with the ground troops and Ja'Skaar eventually joins to help Baron*

Khan: HOLY SHIT! These mechs are awesome!

Sonjo: You're telling me! The entire range of options and weapon choices feel like they were catered to our every liking.

Jin: Well that was the idea. Whatever you do, don't let them get behind us. They'll come up and attack from the rear.

(Meanwhile Baron and Ja'Skaar are elsewhere dealing with the ground troops…)

Baron Hampton: Hey Ja'Skaar! What works, teamwork!

Ja'Skaar: STOP PLAYING AROUND AND FINISH THEM OFF!

Baron Hampton: Now hold on Ja'Skaar, hear me out for a second. I have an idea.

Ja'Skaar: Oh please, I've heard a lifetime of bad ideas from you.

Baron Hampton: Trust me, this one is definitely going to work. The hamster wheels are moving this time.

(Play Naruto OST- Fooling Around) (Panning back to Jin, Sonjo, and Khan are still in the air fighting the fleet. They look and then get extremely puzzled.)

Jin: *Looks extremely confused* Wait what? What happened?

Sonjo: *Confused and annoyed* WHAT is going on?! Those two are over there getting dragged away!

Khan: *Annoyed and pissed off* Oh C'MON! And here I was thinking that they were supposed to be the strongest out of all of us!

Kira: *Looks and speaks nervously* Uhhh Capt. Maeko?

Capt. Maeko: What is it Kira?

Kira: Baron and Ja'Skaar are getting dragged away in handcuffs. Annnnnd also their ground troops are retreating.

Capt. Maeko: You've been around Baron too long, now is not the time for games.

Kira: But I'm serious! Look, they're right here on the radar! *shows him the radar*

Capt. Maeko: *Generic anime yell* WHAT?! (Switch back to Dragon Ball Z Kai - Fusion's Theme (Official) Unreleased OST)

(Meanwhile: Jin, Sonjo, and Khan are still very confused.)

Sonjo: Sooo uhh what exactly is our plan now?

Khan: Well uhh… I guess we gotta do this on our own. This is the absolute worst.

Jin: *Sigh* Alright, let's do it! *Just then, the entire fleet tries to retreat after capturing Baron and Ja'Skaar. They chase after the fleet.*

Capt. Maeko: Jin, Sonjo, Khan, forget about the fleet! We can recuse them later.

Jin: What? Are you insane?! There's NO WAY I'm leaving them behind.

Sonjo: Jin's right! We have to get them back now!

Capt. Maeko: I am the captain! I am ordering you to return to the ship now!

Khan: And I'm ordering myself to not follow those orders! *Flies off along with Sonjo and Jin*

*They all pursue the fleet, and then begin to attack them. Eventually after a long and grueling battle, they are victorious. But Jin, Sonjo, and Khan are very exhausted.* (Stop playing the song)

Jin: *Very exhausted* Wheeew! It's over… *Starts to slowly descend to the ground*

Sonjo: *Visibly exhausted and speaks slowly* See? We can do AnyThInG by working togeTHER! *Falls to the ground and breathes heavily*

Khan: Just shut up already Sonjo. *Falls to ground and breathes heavily*

Alex: *Enters the room with Roux* HaHA! We did it, WE DID IT!

Capt. Maeko: (Just what were those three thinking? They could've gotten all of us killed.) Those three really got out of line there, but at least it's over.

Kira: *Screen beeps rapidly* Captain! More ships are arriving fast! (Play Zeta Gundam- Fall of AEUG Theme and let it play out one time.)

Everyone else on board: WHAT?!

Capt. Maeko: Alex, Roux, get back to those machine guns stat!

Jin: *Still visibly exhausted, looks up at the sky* Hey Khan, we took out all the battleships right?

Khan: *Fading in and out of consciousness* Yeah… We turned them into a junkyard.

Sonjo: Then what's that? *They look up at the sky and see an entirely new fleet*

Khan: *Visibly annoyed and almost out of it.* Oh c'mon. That's some bull crap if I ever saw any.

Jin: *Slowly tries to stand up with the last of his strength* Alright guys, let's go ahead and cut to the part where we win. *Looks to see if they got up and notices they are both unconscious* (Damn, this doesn't look good. Those two are done, and I don't have much left. I really could use some power right now.)

*The fleet gets closer and closer, and Jin falls to the ground. The last of his strength being drained just from standing. He looks around, and sees the fleet closing in on them.*

Jin: *Fading in and out of consciousness* (Wha-What this all for nothing? Did I train and get these powers just to die a meaningless death? Is this where it ends for me? Sonjo, Khan, Skia, everyone… I'm sorry.) *Passes out due to exhaustion* *Visions arise in his head. He sees all of his friends dying, and him sitting there crying. Telling himself he was too weak to save them. He begins to scream in anger and fear, up until he himself is no more* (Wait for the song to end before you start reading again.)
