The demon boy, chuckled softly, his eyes sparkling with an enigmatic gleam. "Ah, my dear Wendy, you may call me Malachi," he replied, his tone laced with a charismatic charm. "I have been waiting here for my 'adoptive father' who, as a soul, cared for me when I was just a baby."

Wendy's seemed curious in this child. The notion of a demon caring for someone with such tenderness and compassion intrigued her. She turned to Astra briefly before going back to facing Malachi and speaking again. "I see. And you've been waiting here for him, day after day?"

Malachi's face suddently became a frown. He shook his head. "Day after day...it's been tireless. I don't know what I can do to find him this time... I..."

With a hint of empathy, Wendy spoke up. "Malachi, I can see that you have a deep connection with this soul. Is there anything we can do to assist you in finding them?"
