Chapter 79: Alliance

"I will lend my strength to this cause, Numa," King Howl stated. "But I must emphasize that any deception or betrayal will not be taken lightly. Neospacians are not accustomed to leaving the confines of our realm, and I, in particular, have never ventured beyond our borders. I expect complete transparency and assurance that this is not a trap."

His eyes bore into Numa's. "If we are to face this threat together, trust must be mutual," King Howl continued, "Assure me once again that this endeavor is genuine and that the safety of Neospacians remains a priority. If any harm befalls my people, rest assured that I will not hesitate to take action!"

"I Promise you that this is not a trap" Numa says placing her hand over her heart before moving it right back to behind her back.
