Chapter 148: The Dark Hallows

The Dark Hollows were a foreboding and eerie place, hidden deep within the heart of Neospace. The moment the Neos Group stepped into its depths, they were engulfed in an overwhelming aura of darkness.

"It's dark," Wendy remarked, her voice tinged with unease.

Maiza responded with an annoyed tone. "We can see that, Wendy," she retorted. "Garaku, Aurelia, can you light up a fire with your energy?"

Aurelia huffed,"Why don't you use your light energy to guide the path, Maiza?"

"Because your fire is brighter and more reliable!" Maiza snapped back.

"Reliable? My fire doesn't last as long as your light! " Aurelia countered

"Enough!" Misty interjected. "This isn't the time for bickering. Maiza, create a light star for us so we can atleast see something."

Maiza took a deep breath, calming herself. "Fine," she muttered, raising her hand. A small, glowing star formed above her palm, illuminating the dark surroundings.
