Chapter 139: Decision

Wendy took a moment to herself. Being an Elite Neospacian meant she would have to lead by example and be a beacon of hope for others. She held bad feelings towards King Howl; however, with things calming down from Niren's attack, a part of her seemed to forgave him, if even temporarily.

Misty couldn't resist the opportunity to add her own mischievous touch. With a playful grin, she slipped behind Wendy and wrapped her arms around her.

"Aunt Wendy accepts!" Misty exclaimed, using the term of endearment that she had adopted for Wendy long ago.

Wendy laughed, feeling the warmth of Misty's embrace. "Yes, Okay.. I accept!"

Misty then continued, her mischievous look turning serious. "And as for me, I've decided to take on a new position. I'll be the head of research and development, working alongside Dr. Kozaky," she announced boldly.
