Chapter 129: Struggling battle

Aurelia's fire energy enveloped her hands. She launched her attacks with enthusiasm. "Let's turn up the heat, Niren!" she exclaimed, "You're about to get roasted!"

The flames danced along her body with each strike, leaving trails of sparks in their wake. Niren blocked Aurelia's fiery punches and kicks. He wasn't prepared for the sudden surge of flames erupting from her fist. A pillar of fire shot towards him. He managed to thrust himself back with dark energy in the nick of time.

"You've got some moves," Niren remarked, "But you already know it's going to take more than a couple of fancy tricks to catch me."
