The Results from Pain's Attack

"You did good kids, just, lean on us, we'll get you home." Jiraya said hoisting Natsuko up bridal style

"Your both okay" Natsuko said,

"Everyone is. Thanks to you two." Kakashi said and Natsuko nodded before her eyes rolled, and she passed out, calls for Lady hokage, violet tactiction which is what the ninja had started calling her due to the color of her eyes, Natsuko and Naruto hailed as heroes of the leaf. Naruto being thrown into the air, while the villagers made a path for Jiraiya to take Natsuko to the medical tent.

"She should wake up in a few days, maybe a week at the longest." Shizune said as she used her medical ninjutsu on Natsuko's forehead, the girl barely moving. Star landing on her forehead, chirping confused, as she tried to wake Natsuko,

"Star…" Sakura said putting a hand under the bird,

"She'll be okay, she's just sleeping." Sakura said and Star chirped at her before flying over to Naruto, sitting on his shoulder.

"I'll send a letter to the sand with the news of the battle and of Lady Natsuko's condition, we could also get a jump start on reconstruction efforts." Shisui said and everyone nodded in the room. Gaara standing on the roof of the Kazekage building when Star flew quickly chirping all the while, seeming terrified, which confused Gaara a moment, before a hawk also showed up, Gaara putting up a sand barrier to block the bird, causing the predator to get a mouthful of sand instead, immediately flying off, deciding that bird wasn't worth the fight. Star jumping onto Gaara's shoulder before jumping down to his hand and turning so he could get to the message pouch,

'Lord Kazekage,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Shisui Uchiha, I'm Lady Natsuko's advisor. I'm writing you per Lady Natsuko's wishes, to inform you of the outcome of the battle that took place two days ago. The leaf village was completely destroyed in the attack, but not a single life was lost. Lady Natsuko fought valiantly, alongside Naruto, they saved the village. However, It was not without a price. Lady Natsuko and Lady Tsunade are now both in a coma, Natsuko should be waking up within the next few days, possibly a week. She sustained damage to her chakra chains, hands, and her head, but majority of it was superficial. What did both in was using too much chakra for too long. Lady Tsunade used a lot of chakra healing everyone that she could. Reconstruction has already begun on the leaf and we'll be done before we know it… I hope.

Advisor to the 5th Hokage'

Gaara hummed as he read the letter, before turning to inform his siblings of her condition,

"Wanna come with, Star? Natsuko'd be heartbroken if something happened to you or any of her birds." Gaara said and Star chirped before hopping to his shoulder.

"Has she woken yet, I have correspondence from Gaara for…" Temari started little over a week later, standing in the tent with Shisui, who was delegating her duties at the moment, before a shout sounded from the medical tent, the two of them looking to eachother, before running out of the tent making it to the medical tent, to find Naruto sobbing, hugging Natsuko who was still mostly laying down, still dazed. With bandages wrapped around her forehead, and arms, she seemed to be in a state of shock a moment. Before tears ran down her face, her violet eyes trailing to the back of Naruto's head. As Naruto hugged her tightly

"I thought you were dead. I didn't think you'd wake up" Naruto said, between his tears, Natsuko putting and arm around him, Temari and Shisui watched the scene in shock. That was one helluva way to give an answer.

"I though you were dead." she said softly though her voice was hoarse,

"Naruto! I told you not… to yell.. In here." Sakura said as she came into the tent, stopping in the flaps, seemingly lost for words

"You idiot! When did she wake up? Why didn't you tell anyone, Natsuko…" Sakura began rambling off questions faster than Natsuko could currently keep up with

"I'll answer whatever you want after I get some water, please" Natsuko said, Naruto passing her his waterbottle, after Answering the questions Natsuko looked at everyone in the room,

"You guys look like you've seen a ghost. You know, how long was I out?" Natsuko said

"1 week and a half." Sakura said from the side, before Temari grabbed her shoulders, grabbing her in an unexpected hug,

"You just not satisfied unless you're giving someone a heartattack, are you?" Temari said hugging her tightly,

"Sorry…" Natsuko wheezed out,

"Tem…Tem I can't breath" She said, Temari releasing her

"Gaara will be overjoyed to hear your awake, by the way." she said, winking slightly as Natsukos face seemed to light up a dark shade of scarlette.

"Hey its the same thing that happens to Hinata around me. Is it like a sickness or something" Naruto said and Natsuko went impossibly redder as she hid her face in her hands

"...Or something." Temari said as she and Sakura snickered.

"Should ask you about Shikamaru, Temari. Or maybe about Sasuke, Sakura." Natsuko said, the other two now also lit up a bright red.

"Ha! As if… shut up Natsuko." Temari said and Natsuko laughed
