chapter 3: learn to collect and use sp

In the Konohagakure hospital ,rock lee is resting on the bed ,when suddenly he hears the knock in the door.

lee: (since this is naruto world ,there is going to be lot of fighting.And I am around 12 and just joined the team , which means i have 1year before I meet naruto and sasuke.i have to improve fast,at least surpass neji.)

lee:(I guess no,but why is system suggesting me to unlock element instead of ninjutsu or genjutsu . Is lt telling me most ninjutsu need element affinity? why do I need sp to unlock NINJUTSU section? I think it's tutorial for user.

after using sp to unlock element section rock lee get's another popup message.
