Gai and Training with Lee

A new challenge…

Finally the night descended and Naruto, Ken reached their home where Minato was cooking and Kushina was working with some scrolls.

" Mom, dad we are back." Ken shouted as he saw Kushina smiling at them with the hint of play fullness.

"Umm what happened mom, why are you smiling like that." Ken shiver as he smiled and asked his mother.

" So tell me whose Madonna was there and who." Kushina smiled as she smiled at her child's antiques.

Ken directly abandon his brother as he said " it's Naruto Madonna mom, her name is Hinata Hyuga, Hyuga clan princess."

Naruto was shocked as he gaze at his brother to which he want to bash him up for spilling out his secret.

"No mom it's Rinna Ken brother Madonna, after all he always stare at her in the class." Naruto smiled wickedly as he also sell his brother.

" What I stare a lot of girl that doesn't mean I am digging on all of them all right." Ken rebutted on Naruto comment with a hint of smile.

As both brother were arguing they felt a warm arm hugging them both as fragrance waft in their nose whom both of them was extremely familiar with, yes it was Kushina who was hugging ken and Naruto peacefully while smiling at both of them antiques.

"ok it was both us who wanted see those girl mom, so don't blame us for being late." Ken smiled in his mother embrace and asked politely.

" of course I won't, come on look your father has backed roasted fish, your favorite dish today." As they walked toward dinning table and ate while talking about what happen after Minato leave the ward and all.

Next morning both of them woke up at 4 am while they wore 20 kg bands on both hand and feet since they were able to fight that Chunin with 10 kg band's on their body.

While jogging it was getting harder and harder as they realize 20 kg band were truly limiting there movement not to say the fatigue from yesterday fighting gushed out of their body.

But natural chakra or save chakra was supplementing there physics and they were barely able to complete their regime when they…..

Mighty Gai the green beast of konoha was training his student Lee when he saw 2 boy's pushing their physical limits and swollen muscles were indicating that there fatigue from other day which was being accumulated for some period was about to break out, so he couldn't see 2 little genius like them to break so easily in their training and thought to help them out.

"Wait you guy's." Might Gai smiled as he called out to young boy's.

Naruto and Ken saw Might Gai coming toward them, "it's good to see you guys working harder but your body is at it's limit and pushing it further will hurt your muscles and limit your futures." Gai explained them in detail

" then what should we do sensei Gai." Ken asked politely as he explained " in the class duration you once explained us Tai Jutsu few month ago so see were practicing according to it."

"Oh those were someone under Genin class while it seem both of you have already attend Genin so regiment should be change and focus on speed from this moment on." Gai nodded as he remember them from rookie classes.

" While I'll give you both a new and good set of practice which will Improve till you become Jounin class physics, my disciple named Lee is working on."

" while let's go and buy you guys some medicine to relieve your body fatigue and rest for now at least 3 hours."

" While I'll in form lord Hokage and madam Kushina about you guys while I am at it."

" Lee you should practice here for 3 hour and do a light one exercises while you can chat with these guy's and after 4 hour of rest train with them and guide them with general exercise."

As he vanished from the spot while all three of them looked at each other with wry smile.

For some hour it was silent and Ken was feeling weird since it was not his style to keep still, they had taken there medicine Gai sensei brought for them and yes they feel change in there pain and muscle which was a relief.

"Hello guy's you can call me Lee." Rock Lee smiled as he smiled at them with shinning teeth.

"Hello my name is Ken, nice to meet you Lee." Ken heaved a sigh as he thought 'thank God I didn't have to say senior Lee to him, I would have felt uncomfortable in front of him for several year.'

"Hello Lee, I am Uzumaki Naruto the next great Hokage." Naruto made a V sign as he introduce himself.

"Oh great to meet you both." Lee also seemed to start getting mix up in the environment while all three of them talked about various thing about Gai sensei, as Lee smiled " but I guess I am not able to beat that guy yet."

Suddenly environment become a little depressed 😔😞😞

" Hey don't say that I believe you can do that." Ken smiled as he patted on Lee shoulder.

" yeah you are right about that Ken kun, thank you, now I think 4 hour had passed while I'll guide you guy's for your new training regime." Lee stood up as he walked while Naruto and Ken follow him.

First was jogging 20 km with same 20 kg band on leg only while after which

Second they had to deep squat 50 set 6 time mixed with pull up 20 set 6 time.

Third they had to wear 40 kg each on both hand and do basic fist technique

Fourth kick boxing with 40 kg on each leg.

Finally they had to do some warm up stretching for work rest.

According to Lee and Gai sensei best way for rest is to do light work which reduce accumulation of fatigue on body.

At night they finally reached home tired as they ate there dinner while slept in a sec as they fall on their bed's in a weird manner where half of their body was hanging downward.

Looking at tired Naruto and Ken, Minato and Kushina smiled as they help them lay on there bed appropriately.

"Goodnight sweet heart." Kushina smiled as she kissed on there lovely child cheeks before going out, unknown to that Naruto and Ken were smiling peacefully in there sleep.
