Chapter .27 Sea Of Consciousness

"Did you bring me here using Shisui's Kotoamatsukami to connect with my conscience?" Lee asked, seeking clarification.

"Yes, and when your consciousness is untrained, it can appear as a sewer system under the 'law' of this world," Uzume explained to Lee.

"Would it look different under the 'law' of other worlds?" Lee inquired, hoping to glean more about the 'Sea of Consciousness'. Coming from a different world himself, he reasoned that if Naruto's world existed, then other fictional worlds must also exist.

Uzume smiled in response to Lee's curiosity and nodded, "Yes, the 'Sea of Consciousness' is said to transform into various forms and appearances. It might appear as a white cloud or a flat platform, depending on the world. With enough mental training, it eventually takes the form of a Sphere. As the fog clears, you'll be able to see its complete shape and even create your own world within it. It's truly a fascinating concept, don't you think?"

Lee nodded in amazement, soaking in Uzume's words. The idea of creating his own world within the 'Sea of Consciousness' was both intriguing and mind-boggling.

"After being hit by Kotoamatsukami, you are still fine because you have no concept of 'betraying' Konoha and, of course, a sufficient level of natural energy training. However, to train and to break this sewer system in your consciousness, you need to focus your mental energy on the 'concept of betrayal,' even though it will cause you great mental pain. Once you have overcome these barriers, you will be able to create your own world, so it's important to have a clear vision of what you want to create.

As you continue to focus on the concept of betrayal, you will feel the mental pain growing stronger and stronger. It will feel like a heavy weight pressing down on your mind, threatening to crush you under its immense pressure. This way, you will be able to break free from the constraints of Kotoamatsukami.

You close your eyes and take a deep breath, willing yourself to push through the pain. Slowly, you will start to feel a shift in your consciousness. The darkness will recede, and you can see a glimmer of light on the horizon.

As you continue to concentrate, the sewer system in your mind will start to crumble, and you'll feel a surge of energy coursing through you. It's as if a dam has burst, and a flood of power is rushing through your being.

Finally, the mental barriers will be shattered, and you'll find yourself standing in a new world of your own creation. The landscape will be filled with vibrant colors and endless possibilities. Uzume explained to Lee the step-by-step process."

As he took a moment to process everything Uzume had shared with him, he felt a surge of excitement and determination welling up inside him.

"I can't wait to start my mental training and explore the possibilities within the 'Sea of Consciousness'," Lee said with a determined gleam in his eyes. Uzume smiled in response.

As Uzume patiently explained things to Lee within his mental world, in the outside world only a second had passed. Shisui was concerned for Lee, watching as he struggled to stand, but Lee remained aloof, saying nothing. He pulled himself onto the chair, then onto the table.

Everyone in the room watched in astonishment as Lee climbed his chair and then stood confidently on the table, his behavior becoming increasingly strange. Pausing for a moment, he extended his hand and clenched it into a fist before raising it in front of Uchihas, who felt an unusual pressure emanating from him. As his demeanor shifted, Lee began to laugh maniacally, his laughter filling the room.

Suddenly, his hair and clothes billowed around him, and he spoke with an unexpected calmness. "Peace amid war must be built on pain in order to be truly appreciated, so…" he declared, his voice resonating with authority, opening his fist and extending his palm forward he said,

"... feel the pain."

"Experience the pain"

"Accept the pain"

"Understand the pain"

As Lee's hand extended, a brilliant light erupted from his palm, illuminating the room with an ethereal glow. The air crackled with anticipation, and for a moment, time itself seemed to stand still.

"SHINRRAA!!! TENSEI!!!!!!"

Fugaku, Itachi, and Shisui stood poised, their eyes ablaze with determination as they braced for the impending cataclysm. Each of them radiated a formidable aura, their resolve unyielding in the face of adversity.

As the tension reached its zenith and the very air crackled with anticipation, a blinding light engulfed the chamber, casting long shadows against the walls. Time seemed to slow to a crawl, every heartbeat echoing like a thunderous drumbeat in the silence that followed.

Then, as suddenly as it had begun, the light faded, leaving behind a palpable sense of anticipation. The room, once filled with the promise of imminent conflict, now returned to its mundane state, the echoes of their readiness reverberating in the stillness, they only heard a loud sound of…

"PFFFTTT"

The Uchihas were all left in a state of disbelief, trying to comprehend what had just occurred. What had just taken place? Their eyes turned to Uzume, hoping for an explanation, but she simply chuckled at their bewildered expressions. Then, Lee broke the silence, gazing at his palm, and murmured,

"I guess there's not enough evilness."

Lee rubbed his chin in a thinking pose,

"I need more training"

As Uchihas remained bewildered, Lee placed his left hand on his hip and dramatically pointed his right finger toward them as he spoke.

"I, Uchiha Madara, name you three the strongest."

And then, he looked at Uzume,

"Thank you for the assist, Onne-san gotta run, bye"

Before he could leap off the table, Uzume swiftly caught him by the back of his collar like a kitten, gently settled him onto her lap, and caged him with her arms. Uchiha, utterly perplexed, had no idea what had just occurred.
