According to the anime, the Uchiha and Senju will conclude a peace treaty, ending the Warring States Period soon. I don't have the power to create a village right now so I would have to make the four major clans agree and the smaller ones would join slowly after so they don't get trampled on.

But I should get stronger first just in case something goes wrong, we don't have the power to beat all other 4 major clans at once. And the only ones that I know for a fact would agree right now is the Yamabiko clan they don't like fighting.

Before I try I should learn sage mode, but I don't have much time so It will probably be an incomplete version like Jiraiya just more like a bear I guess. After some more thinking he decided to summon Jindai "How can I learn sage mode from you?" "when you un-summoned me I asked the chief he said if head to Kuma cave he would get somebody to teach you"

After that, he asked Jindai to reverse summon him to Kuma cave to train in sage mode and he of course did so. Once Akashi arrived at the cave he met his instructor "Hello my name is Urus, I will teach you how to gather Nature energy"

After introducing and having some small talk we began training, he thought it would be similar to the toad sage training, but he was wrong. The 1st thing to do was train the body. The reason is that toad sage mode mainly focuses on senses but bear sage mode focuses on enhancing the body. Akashi wondered if you could combine more than one sage mode but that was for another time.

After training the body was to try and sense the natural energy around yourself and maybe pull in a tiny amount. One time he did grab some just to see how it would feel but he grabbed too much and it hurt like hell.

This went on for days gradually getting more and more natural energy. He assumed it was from the natural energy but he didn't know but whenever he was sparring trying to get used to the natural energy it was like he was relying on instincts more and more.

While taking a break from training he realized something. What was the one thing all overpowered characters in Naruto had? (other than Obito and Guy) the answer was a Giant form, think about it.

Madara's Susanoo, Hashirama had a 1000 arms thing, naruto had the nine tails, and Sasuke has the Susanoo. So he needed to create something like that but he would need to complete senjutsu training first.

After almost a month he could gather enough nature energy to be considered sage mode but only barely and he still had time before he would need to leave so he decided to keep training. He would continue sparing and training over and over and over until eventually, a whole month had passed.

Other than training Akashi would also study the seal that he stole from Tobirama, if he combined both his seal and Tobirama's he could create a FTG (Flying Thunder God) even better than Minato's. Now he could do an incomplete sage transformation, after gathering nature energy for a couple of minutes he could go into sage mode but he would gain some bear traits like fur and his eyes would change color.

It was about time he returned so he left a FTG seal there then teleported back, he could only think of one way to create a village and that would be to threaten them. Once he returned he got tons of paperwork about random shit he didn't care about so he just handed it to the 2nd in command, he then sent 4 clones to try and arrange a meeting between them.

Normally they would all refuse to have this meeting but Akashi just told them that the other 3 already agreed and to not show up would put them in a bad situation. They then arranged the meeting to be one week from now away from all the clans so it would be hard for any of them to call their forces.

Once the one week was up they all were at the destination. Of course, all of the clans brought 2 guards other than Akashi who wasn't afraid of their power. "I have heard that in the land of fire they are planning to unite many clans into one village" this news shocked the other four but they all instantly understood what this meant.

"So what you're trying to say is, that because they have all the clans under one flag the ones who stay by themselves will be trampled on" "Yes, that's why I feel we should do the same" immediately the Yamabiko clan agreed but the others would have to think about it.

After the other 3 discussed what they should do they finally all agreed that it would be best if they teamed up, but they had to make some rules which were basically that they could still train how they liked and live where they lived, there were no problems on that end.

"Ok now that we all agree, I have already thought of a name 'Yamakagure' or 'The Village Hidden In The Mountains'" at this time Yamakagure was established.
