It was early morning with Team 12 and Team 7 doing their final preparations as they knew it was almost time for them to face Zabuza and the Hunter-nin

"I assume everyone is ready?" Kakashi looked at the genin he had been put under

"Yes! I'll stay here and take care of Inari and Tsunami-sama just in case" Sakura repeated her orders.

"While Me, Yoru, Naruto and Sasuke take on the hunter-nin correct?" Guren asked

"Correct, now we go, Ryu already left early in the morning to prepare" Yamato nodded and soon the crew went to the bridge.

A few hours ago

Zabuza was breathing hard while Haku was unconscious on the ground

"What do you get from doing this?" Zabuza said as he looked at Haku's body worriedly

"I told you, I don't want both you and Haku to die just because of a random thug" Ryu told him coldly.

"I applaud your skills kid, but like I told you after I finish all of you I'll kill Gato myself!" Zabuza roared as he lunged himself forward striking him down with all his might

Zabuza disappeared and reappeared behind Ryu, but Ryu reacted and before Zabuza could hit him he dodged and distanced himself and in a swift upward motion then slashed down to the ground, a wave was generated made of blood and hit Zabuza in the chest.

"So you're a Chinioke huh? I thought your kind was extinct, perhaps leaving Haku with you isn't a bad idea after all, But I don't want to fail my goal too!"

A dragon soon formed and headed towards Ryu but

8 Dragons appeared behind him and clashed with the water dragon obliterating it before it could hit Zabuza it stopped in front of him.

"Like I told you I'm here to tell you what's best for you" Ryu appeared at one of the top of the center dragon.

"And tell me again why should I listen to a brat with a bit more power than me?" Zabuza mocked him

"You know I could kill you right now but I wont, there's more to life than just revenge, Do you really think a another coup would work? especially now that your numbers are thin?"

"Tch, that was years ago after this job I'll kill Gato and take over and then launch another attack!" Zabuza howled at Ryu while the bandages at his mouth were falling revealing his sharp teeth.

"And then what? take over Kirigakure? once you take over Kirigakure Civil war will erupt once more eliminating all the civilians and innocent ones, I know for a fact Haku over there is perhaps once of the last Yuki descendants" Zabuza's eyes widened and stared at Ryu seriously.

"I'm one of the last Chinioke after all, I just didn't want to attract other people because of my power, of course I also know that the previous Mizukage was a Jinchuriki which makes the coup less realistic to succeed, tell me Zabuza do you really want your dream to die because of this? I know peace is what you want it's also my dream too you know, I wanted to be strong so there would be no more wars, that's why I don't want to see any wasted bloodshed right now, there are more ways to achieve peace than to kill."

Zabuza then looked at Ryu before mouthing

"Says the kid whose planning on killing hundreds of civilians." Zabuza smirked after this remark

"There's a difference between them they're criminals they adhered to the thug life so they should die the way they should, they deserve it in my own opinion I'm no saint after all, the world would be better without people like them and this a shinobi world."

"And what makes you different from me?"

"Principles Zabuza, you forgot your Shinobi principles tell me why you wanted to plan a Coup? wasn't it that you detest the way Kiri handled things? wouldn't another coup lead to shortage of Nin's in Kiri and thus you starting another cycle of hatred? making all those civilians endure what you endured back when you were still a child?"

"Living your life is the best revenge you could give Zabuza, instead of doing it hurriedly why not just wait and see? I suppose you haven't heard of what Kiri has been up to? The Mizukage you so detested is dead, and a new Mizukage had been appointed."

"What! You're lying!" Zabuza shouted

"No I'm not, it doesn't hurt to check it"

"Seeing your face and eyes, I guess I see no reason why you would lie to me at this point."

Zabuza sighed and thought of all of his actions from the previous years he had done, he looked at Haku who was showing signs of waking up then at Ryu who already had his back turned as if knowing what he would answer.

"You win Kid, after I do my end of the deal, You leave Gato for me"

"Good, so what are your plans after this?"

"I don't know honestly, I could live here or go back to the new Kiri"

"Well like I said there are tons of ways to live your life if you need help you can always ask me"

"Sure kid whatever you say, and I hope one day you achieve the dreams that I couldn't" Zabuza slightly smiled and acknowledged the kid in front of him.

"I will oh and before I leave is Haku a girl?"

Zabuza wanted to smack Ryu in the face at that moment since he was vulnerable with his back turned behind him, he sighed in defeat knowing he could react too he answered.

"Girl"

"Oh?"

Ryu then left Zabuza informing Yamato and Kakashi

"So that's where you've been gone? I guess we three need to act only?" Kakashi asked

"Yes, he already knows the truth, and I've investigated Gato already" Ryu replied

"What about them?" Yamato pointed at the rest of the members

"Let's just hope they get stronger because I told Zabuza to tell the hunter-nin not to hold back against them, they do need it after all"

"Even then, isn't it a cruel method?" Yamato looked at them worriedly

"Oh please Yamato-sensei we all know there are more cruel methods than this, atleast they'll have the resolve to get stronger"

"He's right Yamato even though we know its an act, they'll think like its still real, lets go and prepare to catch Gato now"

"Everything went the same way as canon albeit with the exception of Haku versus the The rest of them"

"Oh looks like Sasuke is about to be cocky just because of his sharingan and he's out for the count" Ryu commented as he waited on the side for Gato's men.

"You Idiot" Sasuke muttered as he defended Naruto from the Senbon's

"Why? Why did you protect me?"

"Because Your my friend idiot, I also don't want to be weak seeing you Improve I!" Sasuke then fell unconscious and just like that Naruto used the Kyuubi's chakra once more.

"I think its time for us Yoru, hurry knock out Naruto" Gurren Muttered.

"Yosh!" Yoru suddenly arrived and knocked Naruto out and placed a seal to stop him from using the Kyuubi once more.

"New challengers I suppose but that won't change a thing!"

"Oi I'm much faster than them! Guren Help me out!" Yoru grumbled and muttered

"I got an Idea to stop her" Guren then performed hand signs and shouted

Soon a Mirrors of jade crystals covered Haku's own crystals denying her entry and exit of her own jutsu.

"Not so cocky now are you huh?" Yoru muttered as she finished dragging Naruto and Sasuke out of the area."

"Ok Haku, Seriously I thank you for teaching me this now It's our turn" Guren then tapped Yoru and they covered themselves with

Alarm bells were now ringing in Haku's head as she faced her own medicine as a flurry of Guren's were flying around the area and Yoru sieged Haku at the front.

"Yoru!" as Haku was busy defending herself from the onslaught of Ninja tools and Yoru's taijutsu she was suddenly launched from the ground by Guren as she was kicked upwards

Yoru then appeared at the highest point Haku was launched.

Yoru was seen standing a meter away from Haku's unconscious body.

"She's just unconscious I'll put chakra supression seals so she won't escape, if she were to face Naruto while being on rage mode, she would have probably died" Guren said as she walked down next to her and put the seals.

"Just 1" Yoru lazily replied

Soon Gato arrived with hundreds of men ready to kill Zabuza and the rest of the team

"Oi Kid Move out of the Way or we'll make sure you die a horrible death!" the mobs were cussing out Ryu non stop

"I'm sorry but if you guys don't want to die I think you should be the ones running not me"

One mob was certainly angered at his words then replied

"Ha Big words kid! say which one of them is your girlfriend? we'll do her first in front of your eyes!" the mob laughed out loud

Ryu's eye suddenly turned red and his body was suddenly covered by a red lightning armor, which scared the mob

"Demon!"

"He's only one and there are hundreds of you!" Gato shouted

after hearing their boss words the Mob soon charged forward, but before they could near him they were Kunai's were being thrown at them and seemingly all missed what they didn't know there was a certain pattern of the Kunai's.

The mob soon laughed

"Say Kid are you really a Ninja? or just a random punk? don't worry we'll do them nice and slow!"

Soon screams were heard and a Red blur was seen making everyone run in panic but before they could leave the area they were enclosed by a barrier! people dropped dead by the fraction of a second, soon enough after minutes of the massacre only Gato was left and Ryu was standing at the top of the mountain of corpses.

"Demon!"

"Am I?" Ryu looked at him with his Ketsuryugan scaring him shitless.

"Please spare me I'll give you anything!"

"Zabuza" he uttered and name but before Gato could say anything he was beheaded.

"You really did it kid" Zabuza look at Ryu and the carnage he witnessed not believing this kid could really pull the trigger.

"What now?" Ryu turned off his Ketsuryugan and looked at Zabuza.

"I think I'll stay here for awhile" Zabuza replied, he looked at Gato once more, then looked at Ryu pulling the same stunt he did earlier in the day.

"Why you little shit what's with you and turning your back!?"

"Thought it would be cool?, come help me dispose of this and after this will go to my sensei's"

"Sure, and Thanks Ryu"

"Any time Zabuza"
