Contracted to Spirit Asami

Asami is a Spirit weapon (chokuto) that has a human form. She specializes in purifying the chakra Riku gives to her. As stated he also can do a spirit resonance that is partial how strong or what it looks like hasn't been revealed yet.

He is still improving on his spirit can techniques so there are not many yet.

Sever release - Katto clan

A deadly release that can cut through many things depending on the level as it is derived from wind and lightning two of the best attributes at cutting and penetrating. Riku is still not as proficient as his father so he can't use it on his body yet, use it at a range, or cut through things as well.

He is still working on this ability and will be stronger later.

Secret techniques

Secret Technique: Severing Spirit Horn Slash

Combination of his Sever release purified by Asami and the Unicorn's Chakra from the sheath that he has stored creating a strong chakra combination then channeling the Unicorn's technique where they channel their chakra to their horn and create a motion much like cutting with a knife. He can let the two chakra's unfuse if they want making a huge chakra impact.
