Sasuke's recovery time, following the normal procedure, would be long. However, Naruto used the Wood Release Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees, enveloping Sasuke's body with a green light that healed all wounds.
Sasuke, freshly a recipient of his brother's eyes, was amazed by his quick recovery.
'When did Naruto learn a healing technique?', he thought.
Sasuke had the impression that Naruto was hiding more secrets than he could imagine.
"Are you feeling pain?" Naruto asked.
"No, you healed me very well," Sasuke replied. "I can even feel Itachi's visual power.
I feel stronger. "
"Well, just don't lose yourself in this feeling of power," Naruto advised, giving him a pat on the shoulder.
Sasuke opened his eyes and the Mangekyō Sharingan became visible, but he soon deactivated it.
In the meantime, Naruto had already collected all the Sharingan. Seeing this, Sasuke asked: "Where are the Sharingan?"

Sasuke, unprepared for the abrupt transition, realized he was already back beside Karin and the others, now located in the Hokage's office.
"Who's there?"
Everyone in the room went on alert but quickly relaxed once they recognized the newcomers.
Sakura, seeing Naruto and Sasuke enter, had tears in her eyes.
"Sasuke!", she shouted, opening her arms and running in his direction.
Sasuke gave her a cold look.
Although he had accepted many things, Sakura's love for him was not included.
Sakura, apparently not noticing Sasuke's cold look, continued running in his direction, only to grab the void.
"Haha, well done! That's what you get for trying to hug Sasuke all of a sudden!", Karin teased at the sight.
Perhaps before, she would have acted the same way, but somehow, in Naruto's presence, she couldn't behave like that.
Kakashi was also there, having heard practically everything that had happened.
He had no words to describe what he was feeling. Guilt, relief, regrets?
It was hard to say exactly what was going on.
There was an unknown figure in the room, which Naruto immediately recognized.
"Are you Sasuke?" She questioned, alert.
The woman was tall, fair-skinned, with a stoic expression on her face. She had blue eyes and straight blonde hair, framing her face in an asymmetric cut, with bangs that reached her shoulders.
She wore a rather low-cut outfit that highlighted her prominent bust, with mesh armor underneath, a short skirt, red hand protectors, knee-high boots, and a modified Kumogakure vest that covered only her waist, similar to a belt. A tantō was attached horizontally to the lower part of her back.
"Yes," Sasuke answered without fear.
"You need to come with me," she ordered, firmly.
"I didn't capture the Eight-Tails Jinchūriki," Sasuke retorted coldly.
"How dare you deny it, we have witnesses," she stood unwavering.
"He's telling the truth. Killer B ran away.
He substituted one of his Eight-Tails and used that as an opportunity to escape. The reason behind this is pretty obvious, isn't it?" Naruto stared at her with a simple smile.
The woman, identified as Samui, looked at Naruto, surprised by the amount of information he seemed to possess: "You are. .
. "
"Naruto Uzumaki," he replied, "I'm also a Jinchūriki. "
"Ah, the Nine-Tails," Samui commented with an unchanged expression. Soon, she questioned: "Are you telling the truth?"
"Hehe, would I have any reason to lie?" Naruto laughed. He seemed to be enjoying the whole situation, something quite peculiar.
Samui took a deep breath. Turning to Tsunade, she said, "Hokage-sama, I'll withdraw for now.
I need to report to Raikage-sama about this situation. "
"Alright," Tsunade nodded, continuing, "Shizune, accompany her to the exit. "
"Yes," Shizune agreed.
After both of them left, Tsunade, Team 7, and Sasuke's three new companions remained in the room.
"Did you manage to finish what you had to do?" Tsunade questioned, pondering the short time Naruto and Sasuke had taken to accomplish the task, which made her curious about what they had actually gone to do.
"Yes, we're done," Naruto confirmed with a nod.
Tsunade shifted her gaze to Sasuke: "Sasuke, are you permanently back in the village?"
"If what Naruto said comes true, yes," Sasuke replied.
"Alright," Tsunade sighed tiredly.
The information received was plentiful and heavy. What should have been a joyful day ended up being one of the most exhausting she had ever faced.
Tsunade closed her eyes and leaned back in her chair. She seemed to be lost in thought.
The rest of the room had no choice but to wait.
Sakura, even though disappointed that Sasuke had dodged her embrace, felt happy deep inside. For now, Sasuke was back.
Her gaze then turned to Naruto, in a complex and undefinable way. She could not exactly understand what she was feeling looking at him.
There were many things that Sakura still did not comprehend, especially in relation to the profound transformations that Naruto was showing.
She could not judge Sasuke herself, as she too had found herself in a similar dilemma when Orochimaru offered her the possibility of reviving Dan and Nawaki. However, in Sasuke's case, all he had to do was trust Naruto, a much safer choice than trusting Orochimaru.
The Uchiha Clan was still preserved. Thus, Sasuke decided to return to his clan with Karen, Jūgo, and Suigetsu.
As for the elders, they were in a delicate situation, basically without opposition to anything that Tsunade decided at that moment.
