"As is known, the top of each of the 9 Academies will have their chances of finding themselves inside of a squad with a Jounin sensei. The rest of you will be joining the Cloud-Corps, or any division of the village you apply to." He explained.

"Today, the testing for your Academy 3, Taijutsu and basic weapons proficiency has been completed. This will all be sent to the principal who shall decide who's number 1 in the academy." He continued.

As he was explaining, I was extremely relaxed, following my normal nature of calmly listening to him.

After the last 3 days, I was confident that I had a chance at first place in this Academy. After all, I already knew the strength of the students here and unless they had a jump, I had chances of winning.

I would have been considered first in class even before this, but after the system, I had much higher chances of gaining a Jounin sensei.

A Jounin sensei was extremely important to an Academy student's path to power. After all, only 3-3 man cells were made every year with a Jounin Sensei leading the squad. Usually, everyone would join the Cloud corps.

For our Taijutsu test, we had to show them our proficiency in the Clouds Taijutsu, which was beyond an Academy student for me.

Following this, my Weapon proficiency and academy ninjutsu were all easy enough.

"Now we will wait for a while for the results. Following this, the first raking will follow me to meet your Jounin sensei while the rest of you will go into the Cloud-Corps."

"Hey Kaito, how do you think you did?" Asked one of my classmates as he moved next to me once Kirishito Sensei was done.

"I did fine." I casually replied to the slowly growing crowd.

"Yeah, he always says that and ends up acing the tests." Another one from the crowd mentioned.

As they were all talking, I looked at my condensed Status panel.

I was pretty pleased with the stats. Mainly since it had only been 3 days. All but my intelligence and Genjutsu had reached Genin level.

However, Genjutsu was not something I would specialize in the coming years.

I'm not gonna be someone stupid, using Genjutsu on Itachi…that and as of right now it shouldn't be my main focus.

My focus is to collect experience points and recreate Jutsu that I know already exist in the anime.

"Kaito Ishiwaka, the Raikage has summoned you into his office. Please follow me." Suddenly, I heard a voice from my right side.

I instantly turned around to see nothing there whatsoever.

I instinctively felt fear and tried to look for some indication of the sound and saw nothing whatsoever.

"Kaito, you have been summoned so make your way to the Raikage. Congratulations, your first place." Kirishito sensei said. "It seems that the Raikage is eager this year since he has decided to meet you guys personally."

"Thank you sensei." I said with a polite bow as I walked out of the classroom.

"Alright my ass, we knew he would get first."

"Why am I even surprised?" Some of the kids said as I had walked past them.

I ignored most of their comments and walked outside of the class. As I did, in front of me was a person wearing brown, dark robes that covered his entire body.

There was no way for me to recognise their identity, since they had a mask covering their face and robes covering their entire body.

The only information I could concretely say was their height which was taller than me by plenty.

"This way." I heard a voice which seemed male, and followed him to meet the Raikage.

However, instead of going the normal path which every Shinobi knew to meet the Raikage, the man took me on a very specific route to a different location in the village.

It was strange since where I was being brought was close to the residents areas for the upper-echelon of the village.

Even though I had recognised this, I didn't mention anything and followed the man as we walked into a normal looking building.

(POV Raikage- A)

"The brats this year are special as you have said, Darui." I mentioned, watching the 9 kids inside of the exam hall.

"Do you think even 3 of them will figure this out?" Asked Suzuki, head of the Anbu.

Every year, all 9 top graduates would be sent to this type of venue, where they would be accessed by the top brass of the entire Village.

The ones who could figure out the test get selected as a member of the Kumo Anbu immediately and undergo specialized training.

The remaining bunch get selected by a Jounin sensei or get sent to pre-existing Jounin squads with missing Genin.

Usually, the ones selected to the Anbu become the hidden ace of the generation. Not known to the outside world, yet the talent of the entire village.

Darui had gone through something similar.

For these kids, it would be better to go into the Anbu, since they would get access to extremely high level missions rather quickly, gaining opportunities for strength and merit to become high-ranking shinobi quickly.

If they were normally selected for the Anbu, they would have to gain merit for plenty of missions before leading ones, however this special selection allows a straightforward path to success.

However it was not every year someone got selected. I only came as Darui said there were some kids at Chunin level already.

And I could easily see those at Chunin level, there were 6 of them this year.

"Seems like we have an extremely talented batch."

It wasn't unusual to have some at Chunin Chakra reserves. After all, some of the clan Shinobi innately have high Chakra volumes.

While not comparable to the Ex-Uzumaki of Konoha, where they had Elite-jounin to Kage level Chakra at age 12, this was still high.

"Seems like 3 of them figured it out." Darui voiced out, as 3 students walked to the sides of the building, tapping on the walls.

"Alright then, release the gas. Sato and Takahashi, you both instruct the other 6 students as your genin." I instructed, as the sleeping gas was released.

"It's time to meet the 3 new potential captains of the Anbu." I told Suzuki who simply nodded at me.
