Because of Naruto, Sasuke was here, and the final list of the preliminaries changed a lot, but some things stayed the same.

When Hyuga Neji fought Temari, his Byakugan eyes were much calmer than before, and his Gentle Fist technique was stronger.

After Shiranui Genma shouted "start," Neji hit Temari with an Eight Trigrams Air Palm, then took the chance to fight her up close.

Tenten's physical skills weren't as good as Neji's and Rock Lee's. Temari might be able to beat Tenten in close combat, but she couldn't handle Neji. With Neji's precise Gentle Fist, he quickly took Temari down in just a few moves, and Neji's clothes stayed clean. Neji won the third match.

As Neji was about to return to the stands, Hyuga Hiashi called him over to talk. Naruto knew what this was about.

The fourth match was Uchiha Sasuke vs. Gaara. Since Dosu had disappeared, it became a one-on-one battle.

"Come on, Sasuke, don't lose to him!" Naruto cheered.

"Hmph!" Sasuke snorted, looking confident, as if to say, "You don't need to tell me."

The crowd was more excited than before. The Uchiha name was still very famous, and everyone was focused on the battle between Sasuke and Gaara.

Sasuke, standing in the arena, looked at Gaara, then glanced at Naruto in the stands. He was determined to win this fight and eventually face Naruto in the final match. He didn't want to lose here. Whether it was Gaara now or Neji later, he planned to defeat them and then fight Naruto.

Sasuke didn't know what was going to happen next. Plans often change.

"Come on, Sasuke!"

"Wow, Sasuke is so cool!"

Sakura and Ino were the loudest fans cheering for Sasuke.

Gaara's eyes were bloodshot, looking at Sasuke with madness. When Shiranui Genma shouted "start," the fourth match began. The sand in Gaara's gourd floated out and attacked Sasuke, but Sasuke was so fast that it was like he had Rock Lee's speed without weights. Gaara's sand couldn't catch Sasuke at all.

Sasuke's strength had improved in all areas, surprising even Might Guy. Rock Lee had worked hard to reach this level, but Sasuke did it in just one month.

"Kakashi, what kind of training did you put him through?" Might Guy asked.

Kakashi, still looking relaxed, said, "Sasuke has the same lightning chakra as me. He uses it to stimulate the muscles in his legs. But even though he's as fast as Rock Lee, it uses a lot of energy."

But Sasuke kept going, using his speed to keep Gaara from fighting back. Gaara's sand couldn't catch him, so Gaara formed a sand sphere, wrapping himself inside.

"Hmph, you think you're safe in there?"

Sasuke made hand seals, and lightning chakra flashed in his palms, sounding like thousands of birds chirping. The Chidori he had been learning was finally ready.

"Mr. Kakashi, what's that?" Sakura asked, surprised by the lightning in Sasuke's hand. Kakashi had used this move before, but Sakura missed it because of Naruto.

Might Guy explained, "The lightning chakra is concentrated in his hand, sounding like a thousand birds singing. That's why it's called Chidori. Kakashi once used it to cut lightning, so when he does it, it's called Raikiri."

"If Sasuke can cut lightning with it, then his Chidori will also be called Raikiri!" Guy added.

"No way, cut lightning…" Sakura and Ino gasped.

"Hey, where's Naruto? Where did he go?" Sakura suddenly looked around. Shikamaru and Shino were there, but Naruto was nowhere to be seen.

Ino, focused on Sasuke, said casually, "I don't know, maybe he fell into the toilet!"

"Ugh!" Kakashi and Sakura shuddered, remembering when Naruto threw Orochimaru into the septic tank. Who knows what Naruto was up to now!

"Chidori!"

Sasuke rushed at Gaara, piercing the sand sphere and stabbing Gaara's shoulder. Gaara screamed in pain.

The scream was beastly. Sasuke saw the sand sphere form sharp thorns and attack him. He quickly pulled back.

A patterned hand reached out from the hole Sasuke made, grabbing at him. Sasuke moved back, his Sharingan eyes focused. Gaara's chakra felt ominous.

Gaara's change made Kankuro and Temari sweat, and Maki, a senior Sand ninja, looked serious.

"If Gaara's monster comes out now, the plan will fail..."

In the audience, Kakashi also looked serious. That wasn't just sand. He thought of a possibility: Gaara was like Naruto. The Sand Village brought a Jinchuriki to Konoha for the Chunin Exam.

Four ninjas with Sound Village forehead protectors appeared behind the Kazekage, throwing smoke bombs and quickly taking positions at the top of Kikyo Castle. The Kazekage pulled out a kunai, and a barrier surrounded him and the Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen. The Kazekage revealed his true identity.

"Orochimaru!" Although Sarutobi Hiruzen had suspected it, it still saddened him. His former student was attacking Konoha.

"Teacher Sarutobi, long time no see!" Orochimaru greeted. "You've gotten old. I'm here to bring power to Konoha. This is the Konoha Crush plan, and I'm here to kill you!"

Sarutobi Hiruzen's eyes sharpened. Even restrained, he remained calm.

In the arena, disguised Anbu and the audience fell asleep from a genjutsu. Kakashi, Might Guy, and Sakura broke free from the illusion.

Chaos was about to erupt. Behind the Chunin Exam, the Konoha Crush plan by Sand and Sound Village began.

*Fact.29:-Iruka Wants To Fight Someone Dangerous

Many of the characters in Naruto have rivals who they'd like brawl with. In Iruka's case, he doesn't want to defeat a rival - he wants to defeat Kurama, the Nine-Tailed fox that lives inside his former student, Naruto. Iruka is strong, but he's only a Chunin and he certainly isn't one of the most powerful ninja in the series. He obviously doesn't stand a chance, so why does he want to do something so drastic? 

It might be because Kurama is the reason that Iruka became an orphan when he was only ten years old. Perhaps he wants to avenge his parents by taking down the monster that ended them. It could also be because of how much hardship Naruto faced because he was a jinchuriki. Iruka cares about Naruto deeply, and has risked his life to protect him more than once, so it makes sense that he'd want to fight anyone who caused him pain. But if Iruka still wants to fight Kurama after he and Naruto are clearly getting along, the first reason might be more prominent.

Besides Kurama, Iruka also wants to fight all of his students. This probably isn't to get revenge on them for being pains to teach - more likely, it's to see how much they've grown since learning the basics from him.
