The significance of a tailed beast Jinchuriki to all nations was obvious. Konoha's rise to become the strongest ninja village, aside from the Uchiha and Senju clans, was largely due to their control over the most powerful tailed beast – the Nine-Tails!

If they could capture the Nine-Tails, Kumogakure would replace Konoha as the strongest ninja village.

Gradually, her chakra surged like boiling water, and a fifth tail appeared behind her. Her skin couldn't withstand the intense density and began to peel away in strips, revealing blood-red flesh beneath the deep black. Her appearance increasingly resembled that of a beast.

Kushina howled in pain as her skin was torn away.

Hatred, resentment, anger, and murderous intent—every negative emotion intertwined in her mind, overwhelming her fragile nerves.

The violent surge of chakra was like a crashing wave, obliterating the ground nearby.

This was Uchiha Sogetsu's first visit to this place, and he surveyed the area with curiosity.

The Uzumaki clan was renowned for its sealing techniques, making it difficult for tailed beasts to escape. 

However, this instance was an anomaly. Minato Namikaze's sudden misfortune had destabilized Kushina. 

Additionally, her unauthorized journey to the Land of Lightning and the excessive use of the tailed beast's power had weakened the seal.

Taking advantage of the weakened seal and Kushina's anger, the Nine-Tailed Fox managed to partially break free.

"Who are you, little devil?"

A dark, grating voice emanated from behind the iron door.

Noticing Kushina's semi-conscious state, Uchiha Sogetsu used hypnosis to put her into a deeper slumber, then approached the sealed gate.

"Come closer. I want to get a better look at you."

The voice behind the sealed door spoke again, like a siren's call, tempting and sinister.

"Very well."

Uchiha Sogetsu chuckled softly and continued forward.

When he reached the door, he paused and gazed up at the massive shadowy figure. "Nine-Tails, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm here to negotiate some terms."
