Chapter 163 - Blood Demon army vs Shadow army part 2

Finn repelled all the swords with his that chased after him. Finn then looked at his shadow who also nodded at him. 'Zolgear is weaker than Sirzechs but his power level is in Satan rank. He is more powerful than the clone of Ice Monarch. I defeated Ice Monarch Clone but that win nearly killed me. Fighting someone who is even more powerful than Zolgear is impossible for the current me.'

"That's why I am going to use...."

Tenseigan Chakra Mode!

A cyan-coloured chakra shroud with six magatama markings on Finn's collar, dark markings over his eyebrows and lower eyelids. The shroud constantly radiates flickering flames of chakra, and Finn's clothing and hair continuously billow upwards as if caught in a strong breeze.

Zolgear stopped attacking Finn for a moment. "What the hell is that?" Zolgear was extremely confused. He had lived for nearly two hundreds of years. It could be said Zolgear has seen what this world has to offer. He had experienced everything. But for the first time he was facing something which he had no idea of.

"Your Death." Finn replied back.

Finn then channeled his Tenseigan chakra into his Zanpakuto. The Zanpakuto was also became shrouded in cyan color chakra with constant flame of Chakra flickering from it. Finn held the Zanpakuto with his both hands and striked the sword horizontally.

"How is that suppose to hurt me?" Zolgear laughed but the next milliseconds he found himself right in front of the Cyan colored Zanpakuto.

Zolgear's eyes widened in fear. He had no idea how he teleported right in front of Zanpakuto. Zolgear couldn't react in time when the cyan sword slashed his throat and severed his head from his body.

The entire battlefield turned silent. The 50,000 blood demon army who thought they would give a huge blow to the mighty Gremory clan was now seeing their leader being killed. 50,000 troops suddenly lost their will and courage to continue this fight.

They were in a position where retreating was out of option. Finn deactivated his Tenseigan mode to save his Chakra.

Finn landed in front of Zolgear's dead body. Finn stretched out his right hand in front of his corpse. Finn's next word was heard throughout the battlefield.

Arise!

The next moment A black figure emerged from Zolgear's body. The black figure was exact same copy of Zolgear.

Seeing this all the blood demon army faces turned pale. They didn't know how Finn did this, but was sure that they would be turned into something like this if they were to die.

The shadow of Zolgear kneeled in front of Finn and waited for his answer. Currently Zolgear was Finn's strongest shadow since Itsuki and Cao's strength was also sealed because of Finn's curse.

"Zolgear kill them." Finn coldly looked at the Demon army and ordered Zolgear. Finn had no intention of letting the demon army leave.

"Since they attacked first we won't hold back either. I also needed a excuse to attack the Demon Faction which now I have." Finn's goal was to destroy the Demon Faction. Finn had some personal grudges against the Demon Faction as they had worked with his enemies before.

In this war, Finn needed no army. His own shadow army was more than enough. Also killing the new Demon King would also free Mio and she would able to return home without any worries. She would able to take the rightful position of King.

The swords that chased after Finn and also harmed his shadows before was now hunting the blood demon.

Under the command of Itsuki, all 5,000 shadows had surrounded the blood demon. Since the shadow army couldn't died, more and more blood demon army kept falling.

Whenever any Demon army died because of the effect of Monarch Domain, that soldier's soul was turned into Shadow. This process took place throughout the battlefield.

But there was one problem. In the end, Finn's army were only about 6,000 thousand and it was very difficult to fight against 50,000. Almost all of Finn's shadows were getting injury and damages which consumed his Chakra to heal.

"It looks like I would also need to help." Lightning cracked around Finn's body. Holding the Zanpakuto, Finn disappeared into the army of Demon.

With his superior speed, it was very easy to kill demons. Finn continued to swing his Zanpakuto around as bodies of Demons kept falling around him.

As time passed, the more demon army fall the more stronger the shadow army kept becoming. More and more demons was being turned into shadows.

In just 5 minutes, the number of shadows army had crossed the 10,000 marks and the number was still rising.

Scene change.....

Rias had informed the news about the invasion to her father. After that she, Mio and Sona flew at the direction of South at their full speed.

Coming to the battlefield, Rias and others were expecting to see Finn and her brother struggle to hold the Demon army. But what they saw blow their minds instead.

The demon army was being surrounded by some black looking like army. At first it looked like the shadow army was being pushed because of the small number. But when they looked closely, they were shocked to find that despite getting deadly blows that would normally kill a soldier, the shadows never stopped fighting. Their injuries were instead getting healed.

If the shadows lost any limbs then their lost limbs would be regenerated. The other thing that surprised Rias, Mio and Sona was that whenever a Demon soldier was killed, the next second that Soldier would be revived as a Shadow and would join the other shadow to fight the demon army. This scene frightened the girls.

"How would you feel when you're comrades have been turned into shadows and now fighting to kill you." Although Demon army had invaded their territory but it looked like the shadows were the one bullying the demon army.

"Sona, do you know anything about the shadows?" Rias and Mio looked at Sona and hoped that she would know something. Because Among them Sona was the one who had most knowledge as she read book in her free times.

Sona shook her head with a bitter smile. "I have no idea. We should be thankful that whatever is helping us is not our enemy. Because winning against this kind of soldiers is practically impossible. As long as given enough time, the shadow soldiers would able to even kill an army of hundreds of millions." Mio and Rias can't deny their friends words.

Suddenly Mio's eyes fell on a black figure who was using more than 10,000 swords to kill demon soldiers.

" Is that?" Mio's eyes suddenly turned red in anger. She knew this figure very well. This man was the one who killed her mother and father in front. Mio still remembers how their house was decorated in blood. Mio had suffered so much because of his Man.

"Zolgear? I will kill you." Mio flew towards Zolgear who was busy killing Demon army. Zolgear wanted to attack Mio but Finn stopped him and ordered Zolgear to keep killing the demon army. Finn can order his shadows through the link that they share as master and servant.

"Mio wait." Rias and Sona chased after Mio.

Mio landed behind Zolgear and then used her strongest spell which made a huge hole in Zolgear's chest. But that hole quickly regenerated under the angry gazes of Mio. Mio who had just lost her senses in anger couldn't think properly. Otherwise she would have known that the current Zolgear was a shadow soldier of Finn.

Before Mio could chant another spell, Sona and Rias arrived in time and grabbed Mio's arms.

"Mio, clear your mind. This is not the real Zolgear. Look clearly Zolgear is already dead." Mio looked at the severed head of Zolgear. Tears began to fill her eyes as she sat down on the ground. Mio has been training to kill this man for an entire year. But now her target was dead and yet she was feeling nothing but emptiness.

In this situation Rias and Sona tried their best to comfort Mio and calm her down.

Mio suddenly felt that she had lost her will her to live. She now felt that her life had lost its direction.

What she was going to do now. She thought by killing Zolgear, She would finally find peace. But it was the exact opposite. She felt empty.

Rias and Mio hugged Mio from both sides and tried their best to calm Mio.

Finn glanced at the trio for once and then continue his slaughter quest. By now the Demon army size had been reduced to half while his own shadows numbers have surpassed 30,000 number.
