Throughout the village, one could see thousands of people running from place to place moving supplies and carrying weapons. While others were making explosive tags and reinforcing barriers all over the village.

If before the village looked distressed and without hope then now it would look as if it was filled with vitality and hope. There was not one person without a job even children were carrying what they could

"We need more paper over here someone get us paper!"

"Is there any more ink? We need it immediately!"

"Quickly move we need these food supplies in storage scrolls"

In the distance, the one responsible for this could be seen watching the movement of the village with his mother

"Akashi how... how did you think of this? and how did you find out about the invasion?"

I have an excuse for the invasion but I got nothing when it comes to my plans. It's not like I can just say hey Mom I'm from another world and used my knowledge to help.

"The truth is I awakened the eye of Kagura and sensed scout ships coming." Which isn't exactly false I do have the eye and really can sense them but I only just started sensing them since they're closer to the island now

"Really Akashi! This is great news your father will be happy to hear this But what about those ideas of yours?"

"That I don't know when I felt bad people coming and everyone I knew was feeling afraid I just got lost in thoughts of what I could do until we went to see Grandfather"

looking at me my mother bent down and pulled me into her embrace "You truly are a brave boy. I am so proud of you son."

This is nice I haven't been hugged in years I honestly think I forgot what this felt like. Thank you Kami for this opportunity.

Asahi stood up in front of the elders beside the clan head Ashina

ready to speak Asahi stepped forward

"Fellow elders I'm proud to say we have reached approximately 24,000 tags and counting we also have in total 12 shinigami masks ready for use the others are still hidden in other safe houses"

everyone was astonished at this moment

"We might just make it..." one elder said while his eyes were watery

All the elders in this room had been stressed for weeks trying to make plans and allies but nothing worked until now and to think this all changed because of a 3-year-old boy

"Asahi your son is truly a great talent for the clan when he grows up he will surely raise the Uzumaki to new heights," one elder said with great anticipation

now with pleasantries out of the way, it was time to get serious. The scouts had notified them that the enemy alliance was near and they confirmed the participation of the Stone, Lightning, Waterfall, and many small villages

surprisingly the sand and mist didn't participate but if one thought deeper about their situations then it would make sense. The Mist village had recently lost a Kage and was still without a leader while the sand was too far to reach them and were being stopped by their Daimyo.

"Kuroko any word from the scouts on how far they are?" With that, all eyes turned to the head of Anbu.

"Yes, Lord Ashina the scouts say about 10 minutes is what we have and I have already sent out the orders to prepare for their arrival they won't expect what we have waiting for them." Hearing Kuroko's response the elders couldn't help but grin they would make sure all those who dared to invade today would forever remember never to mess with the Uzumaki!

"Well, men let us head to the battlefield!"

In the sea, many ships were sailing all in the same direction filled with shinobi ready for war

"How far are we from reaching Uzushiogakure?!"

"Lord Raikage we have just passed the land of Hot Water and should be arriving shortly"

"Haha, they sure will regret not showing us any face! Again and again, we offered to pay for their seals or even gave them the chance to send some branch members to establish a clan with us. Instead, they decided they would only trade with Konaha!"

"Indeed Lord Raikage we faced the same situation now look even the leaf has abandoned them they should have taken our offer"

"Maybe it's because they knew you'd double-cross them fence sitter HAHA" Hearing this Onoki couldn't help but make a sour face he was already aware of his reputation as an opportunist and doesn't mind it but it was still annoying to be told this in his face!

Feeling the tension in the air the 7 Tailed jinchuriki Kenji decided to calm the situation down before they ended up damaging the ships before even arriving

"Lord Kages we should set our differences aside for now especially when so close to Uzushiogakure"

"Very well we are almost there shame the Sand and Mist didn't join a bunch of cowards I say. Now look at them being outdone by a waterfall brat" Kenji decided to remain silent since he knew he wasn't a match for these two individuals and could only barely keep up if a fight were to break out

"Tch no fun" Raikage seeing his taunts being ignored felt annoyed

"Now now Lord Raikage what the Jinchuriki said is right we're already here"

Hearing this all three turned their faces towards the island ahead a look of greed passed through all 3 men the spoils they would receive from this expedition would push their villages to new heights

little do they know this fight won't be as easy as one would assume!
