Time Skip and Academy

Because Minato lived till the ripe old age of 16 in his previous life as Usui Yuudai, he found the kids in the orphanage extremely annoying, and never made friends with any of them.

It had been five years, and Minato finally started going to the academy.

"Hell yea!" I yelled. "I can finally go see if all my training paid off!"

In the past five years, I had made a lot of progress in my training. I am on my way to becoming a master of taijutsu. Remember that 70,000 SP that I earned in my mothers stomach? Well, I decided that I can acquire a kekkei genkai later, and invested all of those points into taijutsu techniques, and have been practicing those. I have also gotten pretty good with shurikenjutsu. And because I get SP when I hit milestones in training, I have also gotten a jutsu for every basic element.

For fire, I have Fire Release: Fireball, which is a C rank jutsu.

For earth, I have Earth Release: Earth Wall, which is a B rank jutsu.

For water, I have Water Release: Water Bullet, which is a C rank jutsu.

For wind, I have Wind Release: Great Breakthrough, which is another C rank jutsu.

And of course, I had to save up for this one, but I got Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu.

With my ninjutsu and taijutsu, I would estimate that I am around the low chunin level, but I have no way to prove it.

I did look to buy Hirashin no Jutsu, but it cost so much, at 500,000 that I had to give up on getting it.

I had also realized what my mangekyou abilities where. I guess when god gave me my sharingan, he gave me the one that I was thinking of at the time, which was Obito's.

So I got Kamui in both eyes. One of the most absolutely broken things in Naruto. And I have it.

I have mastered the close range ability, so I can go into the kamui dimension and phase through things fine. For the long range ability, I am starting to get the hang of it, but it requires much more precision. I still have not tried to create a susanoo yet because I feel that someone would notice it.

As I arrived at the academy, I see lots of kids, and most of them are at least two years older than me. I know that I will have to wait a year to meet Kushina. I think that my goal in my academy years is to make Mito take me as an apprentice and teach me funjutsu.

As I subconsciously sit down in the classroom, my thinking is interrupted by the voice of a little girl.

"Hi. I'm Mikoto Uchiha. I'm seven. What's your name?" Hmm. Mikoto. That's Sasuke's mom.

"Minato Namikaze. Nice to meet'cha." I say with a bright smile. I figure that I should mostly stick with the original Minato's personality for now.

"What do you think we're going to do on our first day of school?" Mikoto asks as the teacher walks through the doorway.

"Alright class, lets go out to the training field. We're going to test you on your shurikenjutsu and then have you duel with taijutsu. Lets hop to it!"

When we get to the field, the teacher calls our names one by one. I'm in the middle, so I watched some of the kids before me, and honestly, it was very subpar. When it was my turn, I hit every bullseye, which leaves everyone gaping at my skill.

When the shuriken part is over, the teacher starts calling out pairings for the duel.

"And the last pairing is Minato vs. Mikoto."

I start to smile. This might actually be fun.
