In the village hidden in the leaves on his way home from a ramen stand was a boy around 12 years old with a black bowl cut, violet eyes and whisker marks wearing a black button up shirt and black trousers. As the boy was crossing the road he suddenly stopped when he received a message from his master from the mic he gave him.

???: "hey mob I need you to come over here right now, I'm being serious with this one, the evil spirits right in front of me."

mob: "I'm on my way."

After the voice on the other end informed the now named mob of his location the boy hung up and headed towards the building which the man spoke of.

Meanwhile:

In an abandoned building on the outskirts of konohagakure were four people. Two were huddled in the corner hugging each other as they trembled in fear, one was a man and the other was a woman. Standing in front of them were two men who were facing each other off, one was a tall shady looking man with bright blue eyes and blond hair with messy bangs wearing a grey business suit with a black tie, next to him was a man who almost appeared transparent, not to mention floating with puffy green hair.

???: "Man how long is he going to take." The man shady looking man said when suddenly they heard footsteps behind them. After a few seconds the boy from earlier walked in.

???: "oh there you are mob."

Evil spirit: "Hah, first the salt and now a little kid, you think you can kill me get re-" the spirit was interrupted when mob held his hand out and suddenly the spirit began crying out in pain until it exploded into nothing. mob: master for the last time please don't call me out of nowhere."

This is Shigeo Uzumaki Uchiha also known as mob a ten year old esper attending konoha academy who is currently under the questionable guidance of Reigen Yamanaka, a member of the Yamanaka clan who runs a exorcism business.

Back at the office:

Reigen: "Alright mob here's your pay" Reigen hands mob a few thousand ryo. Mob: "thank you master." Reigen: "so you wanna go out for some ramen?" Mobs eyes lit up as he practically yelled "Yes!"

Reigen smiled clearly amused at mobs enthusiasm as they walked out the door.

2 minutes later at Ichiraku's:

Mob and Reigen arrived at their favourite ramen stand and ordered two bowls of ramen.

A few minutes later Reigen glanced over at mobs bowl to see it barely touched, confused he looked at mob to find him staring at the daughter of the ramen stand owner Ayame Ichiraku a girl whose about five years older than mob, she's a slender girl with long, dark brown hair and large black eyes and fair skin wearing a white robe with folded sleeves, a dark blue apron with ribbon ties at the top and a white bandanna Reigen smirked as he looked at mob. Reigen: 'oh I see, Ayame huh?'

Ayame and mob are childhood friends, mob always had a fixation with ramen so would always come here and at some point he and Ayame began to hang out and mob ended up forming a crush on her which gave him another reason to come here as often as possible spending the tiny bit of money he got from Reigen on this place.

Reigen: "hey mob your ramens gonna get cold." This shocked mob out of his stalking as his face became red and he started eating his ramen hoping to forget his embarrassment. Ayame: "hey mob." Ramen looked up from his ramen bowl to see Ayame leaning in close to him. Mob was blushing so hard that he looked as though he was gonna pass out. Mob: 'she's leaning in so close is she gonna kiss me.' Ayame: "you've got something here." Ayame pointed to mobs left cheek where a bit of food was stuck. Mob: "oh th-thanks." Mob said slightly disappointed as he shakily wiped the ramen off of his cheek and continued eating his ramen while occasionally glancing at Ayame as she worked blushing each time he looked back down.

After about ten minutes of this process mob and Reigen headed off. Reigen: "so mob I noticed you staring at Ayame." Mob once again turned red mob: "No! It's not what you think." Reigen: "yeah sure it isn't, we'll I've gotta go so see ya." Reigen waved to mob as he walked off. Mib: "yeah bye." Mob began to walk home when suddenly he saw a boy about a year older than him with a black bowl cut and the bushiest eyebrows he's ever seen wearing a green jumpsuit running around screaming something about youth.

The boy looked as though he was about to collapse so mob walked over to him with a bottle of water he got from a nearby vending machine. Mob: "here." Lee looked at mob gratefully as he chugged the water. Lee: "thank you my youthful friend." Mob: "what are you doing?" Lee: "I am training." Mob: "what are you training for?" Lee: "I am going to prove that I can be a splendid Shinobi even without ninjutsu or genjutsu." The conviction in Lee's voice as he spoke of his dream made mobs eyes sparkle with both wonder and admiration. Lee: "so what is your name?" Mob: "Shigeo Uchiha, but you can call me mob." Lee: "mob, my youthful friend, may I ask what your dream is?" Mob: "uh. I don't think I have one." Lee: "what? How can you not my youthful friend, we're in the springtime of youth, we must have dreams to strive for." Mob began to think about what he was saying.

Mobs progress: 20%

Mob arrived home and saw Sasuke, Fugaku and Mikoto sitting down to dinner. These three were his adopted family, mob has been with them for three years after experiencing an accident with his powers and the hokage deciding to leave mob with the Uchiha's for protection for both mob and others as well as to help him learn to control his powers.

Mob: "hi mom, hi dad hi brother." Mikoto: "hey Shige I hope you don't mind us having dinner without you, I assume you had dinner at Ichiraku's again."

Mob: "yes I did, where's Itatchi." Fugaku: "he's out on an important mission and won't be back until late." Mob: "oh okay." Mob went upstairs to unpack.

After helping with the dishes and getting ready for bed mob began to think to himself 'dreams huh? I've never really thought about it, but I've been having a feeling lately that there is something else I should be doing rather than wasting my life away.'

Mob got up the next day and got ready for the academy, after getting dressed, packing his lunch, having breakfast and brushing his teeth mob said goodbye to his parents before walking to school with Sasuke.

Mob and Sasuke have known each other for a long time even before mob was adopted, they've been childhood friends since they were five due to this mob had a good relationship with his parents as well which is part of the reason why he was put into the care of the Uchiha's.

After arriving at school mob began to sleep through Iruka's lectures being woken up every once in a while only to fall back to sleep the moment he looked away much to the annoyance of Iruka.

Mobs progress: 30%

After school ended mob made his way over to the spirits and such consultation office located in the Yamanaka compound.

Once mob arrived he saw Reigen talking to a client about porn sites. Mob decided to sit at his desk while Reigen began to massage the client.

Once Reigen finished up with the client mob charged him. Mob: "the charge for a forty minute massage is 38,000 ryo." Reigen: 'you idiot, don't call it the massage fee, call it the curse dispelling fee.' Mob: "2,000 ryo is your change." Mob said as he handed a few coins to the client.

A few minutes later mob and Reigen were sitting down to eat some takoyaki. Mob: "master Reigen, you're getting much better at these massages lately." Reigen: "well yeah I've been trying different things to improve like reading up on some new techniques, of course it's only effective because of my spiritual power." Reigen suddenly burns his tongue after eating a takoyaki and spits it out. Fortunately mob managed to catch it in time using telekinesis.

Mob: "master, I've been thinking about something." Reigen: "well this is a rarity, you never start conversations." Mob: "well I can use esp; and I'm different from other people, so I came to discuss that with you, then I ended up becoming your student, I didn't have anybody else to talk to at the time so I was and am grateful, because you teach me things and pay me on top of it however I wonder is this really okay?" Mob asks as he fling the takoyaki into Reigens mouth. Mob: "that's what's been on my mind." Reigen: 'does he think his pay is too low? Or did he finally figure out that I'm a fraud?' Reigen: "what exactly do you mean?" Mob: "well instead of wasting my life working after school I've got this feeling that there's other things I should be doing."

Reigens draw dropped before he calmed down and said. "Oh so that's what you're talking about puberty, an important phase in one's life. Is there something specific you wanna do? Like be in a band, dance train?" Mob: "no not really." Reigen: "okay listen mob, I understand what you're going through but there's no need to rush thing's, in my opinion the going home club is what's best, you're goofing off in the period of your life where you can goof off the most, and that makes you a winner in my book, so I say just keep on being a slacker and make money off me."

Mobs progress: 35%

The next day:

Mob has finished school once again today and now he and Reigen are on a job in another village. Mob: "master? Why are we dressed as girls?" Reigen: "well mob, our next job is located in highso girls academy, unfortunately I couldn't get clearance to enter the school so we have to make do. The clients asked us to meet with them on the roof."

Once they arrived the guards stopped them and chased Reigen away but allowed mob to enter.

Mobs progress: 45%

Mob headed up to the roof where he saw a group of girls crouched down.

Mob: "um hello, I'm from the consultation office, are you three the clients?"

On of the girls looked up and said "who are you? I've never seen you before, are you a freshman?" "Consultation office?" "Your here to see if you can get through to us thugs huh?" "So annoying." "Do you really think we're just gonna sit here and let some twerp like you lecture us?" Mob: "no uh." "Why don't you just mind your own business." After calming down the three left mob alone.

Girl 1: "hello. First thing you do is get picked on by thugs, way to go."

Girl 2: "we're the clients your here to meet with."

Girl 1: "isn't that Reigen guy coming?"

Mob: "he got caught up at the front gate."

Girl 2: "also you guys dressed up as girls seriously?"

Mob: "he couldn't get permission to come in."

Girl 2: "I see, we're sorry to make you go through all of that."

Girl 1: "the school just refuses to take us seriously on any of this supernatural stuff so we called you."

Mob: "what was it that you told them?"

Girl 2: "students belongings have been mysteriously vanishing, we've been hearing weird noises, like a poltergeist or something. We heard things have been spotted floating in the air."

Girl: "yeah, apparently a bra started floating around in the locker room."

Mob: 'a bra?'

Girl 2: "we're sure it's not just kids playing pranks, it's definitely supernatural."

Girl 1: "so we looked online found the cheapest exorcist we could find and somehow ended up with you. Guess you get what you pay for."

Girl 2: "can't believe a guy was trembling so much just from dealing with some high school girls. You must be quite the reliable gentleman."

Mob: "uh, thank you."

Girl 1: "that was sarcasm duh, she wasn't complimenting you."

Girl 2: "are you sure we can trust him?"

Girl 1: "I have my doubts he seems pretty unreliable."

Girl 2: "what up?"

Girl 1: "something wrong."

Mob: "it's okay I just have to perform an exorcism."

After that the three looked around the school until the eventually they stumbled on the basketball court.

Mob: "the spirits angry, if we keep following it it might try something."

"What are we gonna do?" "The basketball teams inside."

Mob: "let's end this." Mob began to glow as a barrier appeared around the building.

The three enter the court to see the girls playing basketball, as on of the girls makes a shot the ball suddenly stops midair and an evil spirit bursts out of the ball.

Spirit: "you've done it now you psychic brat. How dare you trap me in my own haunting grounds are you trying to ruin my paradise, if so this is what you get." He says as he crushes the basketball between his fingers.

The spirit tries to punch mob only for it to have its arms blasted off.

Ghost: 'damnit I underestimated this kids psychic powers, I've got to find a hostage quick or he'll exorcise me.'

The spirit looked around until he found the girl who took the shot earlier "you , you smell nice, I chose you."

As the spirit reaches for the girl mob leaps in front of it and cuts the spirit into pieces, mob turns around as the spirit explodes with a bright light.

Mob: "it's all over now."

Suddenly mob found himself surrounded by all of the girls who were all cheering for him.

Girl 2: "look at them cheer, good for you."

Girl 1: "yeah thanks you were pretty reliable after all."

Mob looked down blushing with embarrassment.

Spirit: "damnit how could I lose to a loser like you? And I though I had finally found happiness, honestly you seem to be similar to me."

Mob: "similar?"

Spirit: "the way you get nervous around girls, you're playing the loser role in life just like I did aren't you."

Mob looked up in surprise.

Spirit: "I finally started to have fun after I died, I was content, but that's all over now isn't it? So tell me, are you living life to the fullest?"

Mob looked down in thought as the spirit disappeared forever.

Mobs progress: 60%

The next day mob arrived back to where he saw Lee last time and sure enough there he was but this time he was with a man who looked almost identical except much older wearing the same clothes as him.

Lee: "mob!"

The older man looked up to see mob walking towards them.

???: "so Lee is this the boy you told me about?"

Lee: "yes Gai sensei, this is the boy who was kind enough to help me when I was about to pass out helping me to regain my youthful energy."

Gai: "I see, so what are you here for young man?"

Mob: "I want to become stronger, so I wanted to train along with you!" Mob shouted while bowing.

Gai: "I see and for what purpose do you want to get stronger?"

Mob though to himself "I don't know."

Gai: "don't you have any goals, any dreams to strive for anything, training simply for the sake of it is the same as not training at all and that is most unyouthful."

Mob: 'don't I have anything? What do they have? Dreams? Aspirations? Hobbies? Now that I think about it talking to girls might be fun. Wait that's it, I do have a dream, to confess my feelings for my first love Ayame and hold hands as we walk towards the sunset."

Mob: "I've decided, I'm gonna work hard, become a strong shinobi and work up the confidence to ask out Ayame!" Mob shouted.

Gai: "I see... that is a most youthful goal, I'd be happy to help you so welcome aboard."

Mob: "thank you."

And so begins the perilous journey of mob as he becomes a strong shinobi, saves the world all to ask out his crush.
