/outskirts of the leaf village/

/Zasu POV/

"Are we almost there yet?" I said annoyingly "do you even know where we are going? We've turned in 3 different directions in the past hour."

'We've been walking down this road for 4 hours now. I'm almost certain that we've been prolonging this trip, but why is Tsunade being so sneaky about it? We are just entering the village, so it should be safe.' I thought while thinking about how Tsunade has been making us take 'detours' because she 'forgot' how to get to her own village.

"Shut up! It's been a long time since I've been back! Why are you acting that way anyways? It's like you have a split personality being all serious one moment. Then being all bubbly and perverted the next!" Tsunade said with a fed up expression

"Lady Tsunade! It's rude to say those things! Zasu was just asking a question!" Shizune chimed in

"Oh shut it! Are you even my apprentice? Your supposed to be his senior! Yet all you do when your with him is blush and take his side for everything! Just tell him you love him already!" Tsunade yelled

"LADY TSUNADE!!!" Shizune shouted with a blushed faced

I could see Tsunade rolling her eyes toward the way Shizune acted.

"Sister Shizune I'll be glad to marry you when your ready!" I said while hugging Shizune from behind

"Ah! St…stop it!" Shizune said flustered

Although she said that, I could feel that she is in no way resisting the hug. Responding to this I hugged her tighter.

"See! This is what I mean! Every single time you act like a maiden in love! Do you not have shame?" Tsunade said dumbfounded

I could see Shizune look down ashamed. I quickly let go of her and walked in front of both women to easy the 'tension'.

"Well anyways, you told us we were going to the leaf village suddenly. Yet you didn't really explain why." I told Tsunade

In truth, I could guess what this was about. Yet I had no real evidence to back it up. I couldn't really verify it either since I shouldn't know this information in the first place.

"Well like I told you, I was summoned back by the 3rd Hokage. I have a few things to talk to him about anyways so this works out perfectly." Tsunade replied

"Is that really all?" I asked "you say that, but why do me and Shizune have to go with you?"

"Why wouldn't you? The two of you are my apprentices, you both need to eventually settle down at the village. Especially you Zasu, you weren't born in the village so you'll have to file some paperwork after we enter." Tsunade said

"Can't you just use your name and get it done?" I said teasingly "I mean the great Tsunade Senju is my Sensei! Shouldn't I get perks?"

"You already got your perks! Do you know how hard it was to get you that damn headband! I had to agree to multiple favors for that old man to accept you 'graduating' and becoming a genin." Tsunade said with a dark expression

"Graduating?" I asked 'I was almost certain that I was placed in the genin corps when Tsunade gave me the leaf headband 6 months ago.'

"Yes, that's another reason we have to go back to the village. You were given a special exception and placed into the villages academy right before they graduated. The Hokage did this so that you would be officially placed under me as your jonin sensei." Tsunade told me

'That actually made a lot of sense, this way I would be able to continually travel with Tsunade without it seeming as if I was 'abandoning' my responsibilities as a genin.' I thought 'this means I'm technically in the same class as the rookie 9.'

"So we are going back to the village to officially document my existence?" I asked Tsunade 'I'm almost certain that we are here for me to participate in the chunin exams. If not, then why the need to document me. We could easily wait another few years for that.'

"Part of the reason, yes. The Hokage knows about your dojutsu and physique. I hyped you up quite a bit actually, and it backfired." Tsunade said downtrodden "So we came to the village this time to test you."

'So it was the chunin exams.' I thought to myself "what sort of test?"

"The chunin exam." Tsunade said bluntly

"THE CHUNIN EXAM!!!" Shizune shouted from behind "he's only been a genin for 6 months! It's too dangerous for him to be in the exam!"

"Shizune calm down. You know very well what kind of monster Zasu is." Tsunade said "I know for a fact you'll pass, or I'll beat you bloody myself!" She said while staring at me

"Even so…" Shizune said while mumbling "he doesn't even have a proper team."

"It shouldn't matter, Zasu will enter the exam with a special exception." Tsunade reassured Shizune

"Chirp! Chirp!" Kiwi chirped as I saw her fly down from the forest trees to the left of me

Landing down on my head, Kiwi suddenly sent me many mental images of her memory.

"Looks like the village is up ahead from what Kiwi tells me." I said while thinking about the images Kiwi sent me

"Finally! I can't wait to take a bath!" Tsunade exhaled

"Lady Tsunade it's been a while since we have arrived in the village, I'm not sure the senju compound is in shape for you to use the bath." Shizune said, completely crushing Tsunade's fantasy

'My points!' I yelled in my mind 'I haven't been ignoring you! I have been saving! in order to buy a big skill!'

'Should've thought about that before the system determined itself to be insufficient to you.' Mew said while appearing out of thin air

'Mew! Stop the update! I saved up a lot of points!' I screamed at Mew

'Na.' Mew said calmly

'MY POINTS!!!' I gave a final yell
