becoming chunin

(author note: this chapter is kinda bad, I'm still not in the mode because of what happened to my car. hope you can forgive me.)

the only person here that could probably tell the future was either me or Scáthach. I haven't even seen her full strength, that's how I know she was a scary woman.

I watched as Shikamaru was playing this woman as a fiddle and at the last moment he gave up giving the grill the win.

"pay up," I shouted to the crowd.

I collected over 2 million in bet money and I had a big smile on my face as I sealed my money away and returned to the trio.

"Making money is this easy," said Sadie amazed.

"only if you know what you're doing," I said giving them some soda.

I suddenly noticed feathers falling from the sky and people began to fall asleep.

*release* I said putting my fingers on the trio and releasing them from the genjutsu.

"you guys get to safety, if you need help throw the kunai," I said handing them my kunai.

I pulled out my spear and began to attack the anbu that was targeting the civilians and fellow ninjas.

I noticed Sakura doing a decent job protecting some of our classmates. I raised my arm and threw my spear and it hit the ninja behind Sakura.

I raised my hand and it returned back to me and I began to fight more opponents.

I made clones to help defend the ministers and the other ninjas and I began to deal with the snake summoning that was destroying Konoha.

I even saw konohamaru take out a couple of enemy ninjas, I let Garra and his siblings escape mostly because I felt bad for them.

I cracked my neck before I turned serious and I dashed in-between allies and enemies and began to take care of them.

I saw a purple barrier erupt from the chunin tournament and I shook my head.

the old man was too old and I knew that Orochimaru could still use jutsu's with one hand, however, the third doesn't know about Orochimaru missing an arm.

my clone was dispelled letting me know that nightingale, Sadie, and yae got to my house safely.

there were dozens of enemies in the streets but with a couple of slashes they fell down dead.

*flash and clap*

all the Konoha ninjas saw was a red flash and the enemies fell dead, however one person knew what happened.

"it's big brother Naruto," I heard Konohamaru shout.

"This isn't a place for kids," I said looking at him.

I then turned to the Konoha ninja next to us, "take him to his residence."

with the enemies done I went back to the chunin exams and I felt the presence of death, and it sent a shiver down my spine.

"so you can feel it," I heard Scáthach's lovely voice behind me.

I turned towards Scáthach and saw her looking up at the barrier and saw a tall creature with purple skin that was pulling out Orochimaru's soul.

I watched as Orochimaru escaped and all the ninjas rushed to the Hokage who was now on the ground laying motionless.

I started laying the bodies together and put their kunai in their hands and put it on their chest giving them a respectful death.

unknown to me at the time but everyone would see me do this, including the chat members, and after this day some of the rumors about me wouldn't be trusted.

however one of the rumors would turn out to be true, I was a major battle maniac.

we lost many fine shinobis today and with their sacrifices, we saved everyone else, so I'll make sure to pay respects to their graves when I have time.

(an hour after the battle)

"make yourself at home, there is food in the kitchen and if you need anything let me know," I said heading to my room to take a shower.

I washed off all the blood on my body and combed my hair to make myself look at the system.

I exited the bathroom and entered my living room and saw everyone sitting there talking like old buddies.

"look who decided to join us," Scáthach said looking at us.

I looked around and saw them having some food and some of the soda that was in my freezer.

"if you guys want to sleep then the top floors are empty. it's a four-bedroom house with two bathrooms," I said grabbing a Pepsi.

I headed to the kitchen and started making dinner for all of us, I even made food for Kurama. after I finished cooking I put their plates on the table.

"alright ladies, it's time for dinner," I said as I sat down at the table.

they walked into a buffet, there were many kinds of food that I had prepared for them.

ramen, hamburgers, ribs, rice, beans, and many others. washing the dishes will be a pain but that's fine, I have clones for a reason.

"wow," Sadie said surprised.

"go ahead and sit down anywhere, there's plenty of food If you guys want some more," I said pulling out their chairs.

"you really outdid yourself this time," Scáthach said already sitting down.

I sat down and started placing some of the food on my plate and I began eating.

"This is good," Sadie said after taking a bite of her hamburger.

"Indeed it is," yae responded.

I slide a plate to Kurama under the table and I began to eat my food. I watched them eat and I couldn't help but think of this as a little family meal.

I smiled and finished my dinner and I got up and began to wash the dishes. I could have used my clones but I was in a cheerful mood and I felt like doing them.

I made a clone to escort them to the spare rooms and after I finished cleaning I put the leftover food in the refrigerator and slept on the couch.

I woke up with Kurama laying on my lap and I rubbed his head and got up. I took a quick shower and made breakfast.

I walked into the room that Scáthach sleeps in and grabbed the black clothes that I would have to wear for the Hokage's funeral.

I went to the bathroom and changed my clothes and I brushed down my hair like how Hestia did it.

'i miss Hestia,' I thought as I left a note.

I went outside and saw most of the village going to the funeral and I followed them. I met with konohamaru and I let him follow me.

I bought two sets of flowers and played one on Hayate's grave. although I never knew him personally I knew he was important to Yūgao-sensai.

(author note: he still had to die, and no she will not be in the harem. shes more of a mentor then lover)

I stopped by konohamaru house and dropped off some of the extra food that I had cooked and gave him a pep talk.

"Why did he do that," konohamaru shouted as he was upset about how his grandfather died.

I pulled him into a one-sided hug and said, "I know how you feel... my father and mother gave their lives for Konoha too.

do I feel upset that I won't see them again? yeah, but I know one day I will meet them in the afterlife and we can spend the rest of our time together."

he cried for a bit before he stopped and got up with a determined face and shouted, "I'll train and get stronger than you, and then I'll be Hokage."

I smiled and rubbed his head," and I'll wait for that to happen."

I went back home and little did I know that soon I would have to travel with Jiraiya soon.

down below are the current stats, and also if you wanna ask why he has a limiter, then it's because you guys have to remember that he's still thirteen and if he could upgrade his strength unlimitedly then his body could handle it. imagine it's kinda like Deku from MHA, he has to train otherwise his body could explode.

so no it's not a nerf... kinda, but once he hits 16 then he will be able to upgrade infinitely.)
