Training Part 1

Next Day Morning...

Kakashi took Team 7 to the nearby woods for chakra training.

Naruto," So what are we going to train today"

Kakashi," So before that, let me explain what is chakra power for a ninja from basics. Chakra is an energy that a ninja needs when he uses a jutsu. It is made up of two energies. Physical energy is gathered from every cell of your body and Spiritual energy is accumulated based on numerous training and experience. In other words, a jutsu brings out of these two energies from within the body and this is called 'combining the chakra'. Then the chakra is activated by forming the hand signs."

Naruto," Whatever! I may not understand difficult explanations, but I will just learn with my body!"

Sasuke," Naruto is right. We were already able to use jutsu"

Kakashi," Yeah you guys were able to use chakra but not efficiently"

Naruto," What!?"

Kakashi," Hold on and listen. Combining the Chakra means using both physical and spiritual energies and mixing them together within the body. Of course the amount of each energy and the preparation of energy changes based on the jutsu you want to activate. You guys aren't using chakra efficiently. Even if are able to combine a lot of chakras, if you are not able to control it in a balanced way the effectiveness of the jutsu is not only cut in half but it may not even activate at all. Wasting energy will prevent you from battling for a long period. These are some of the weaknesses that can occur."

Naruto," What should we do?"

Kakashi," You need to learn to control the chakra inside your body. It will be difficult training."

Hina," What will we do?"

Hina - ( Even though I know what the training is I have to act according to Masashi Kishimoto's script. I hope in my old world they create a statue for Kishimoto for creating Naruto)

Kakashi," Tree Climbing."

Naruto," Tree climbing !?" said with a clueless face.

Kakashi threw three kunai knives in front of Naruto, Sasuke, and Hina.

Sasuke was able to make it a good distance up the trunk, though he damaged it as a result of using too much chakra. Since he used too much chakra he got repelled from the tree.

Hina, having perfect control over her chakra, made it to a high branch on her first attempt.

Hina," Well it's not that tough."

Having made it to the top on her very first attempt caught Kakshi's eye. Meanwhile, Naruto and Sasuke were shocked.

Naruto," Wow. Way to go sister. That's my sister for you. Well I will start again"

With that Naruto and Sasuke started to train again and again and showed a steady increase in their performance.

Kakashi," Hina since you are good at chakra control. I want to give you another training that fits you. And also I want you to be with Tazuna as his bodyguard"
