Chapter 2 New job full of excitement and nervousness

Mom mom says Anne (loud, excited). Yes Anne tell me I am Hearing you, in the kitchen. Oh mom ( big hug) I got selected for the job in a hospital where I had applied for few days earlier. Wow Anne congratulations my daughter and I am proud of you as always. Mom , yes my love , I will miss you ( teary eyes).

Short narration: Anne and mom had the emotional conversation that day as Anne was brought up in a protective family environment with lots of love and

protection. Her father was a strict one. Growing up she had to face many crisis in terms of relationships her parents share. Some day they were aggressive, abusive and obsessed with each other and other day they were happy and in love with each other. Anne never understood her parents while growing up). She had this mindset where she would fear love and marriage but also had a strong faith in that fairy tale love and romance.

Back to the story….

Anne went to the big new city for her new job the other day and she was happy and nervous at the same time. New location, new apartment and new people .

Tring tring ( phone rang) hello who is this says Anne. Good morning ma'am I am from the hospital you applied for. Oh nice to hear from you replied Anne . Miss Anne I am from reception department and mrs Bella CEO of the hospital asked us to inform you that you are joining the hospital from

tomorrow and If you have any questions then you can email us or call us anytime. That so kind of you and thank you for the information says Anne . She further said I am grateful to be the part of the hospital . So at what time I should join. Miss Anne you are asked to join at 9:00 am in morning. Thank you once again ( conversation ends).

Short narration: Red Cheeks, twinkling eyes and increased heartbeat, Anne was excited and nervous. She was freeze for a while and was day dreaming everything regarding her first day in the hospital. She hardly slept that night.
