Prologue

"Child, please, listen to m- *BANG*" There was a deafening sound, and the fire was quickly put out, followed by the sound of a large thud on the floor.

The man with the suit was lying on the ground in a pool of his own blood and the "child" was gagging at the sight of it.

"What was the point of that, he could've been a hostage or been questioned?" the child thought "What crazy fool would do something like this?"

A man with long flowing white hair waltzed into the room through a hole with broken glass and holding a steaming Glock 47 and said "Next time, don't hesitate to end these scheming, manipulative traitors to society. How else are you going to achieve your dream of getting revenge on who killed your mother? Next time, I expect better of you Operative Alex Smith."

Three other children came out of the hole wearing the same black-clad outfit except they had minor differences. One of the kids who had brown hair and blue eyes was wearing a cape that was tied around his neck and one of them, who was a girl, was wearing a bandana. The other, who was also a girl had a full set of jet black armor and rushed towards Alex concerned if he was injured or not.
