Chapter 167

As the King used his own energy to light up the gems on his Crown, the whole castle began to shake violently. No, it was more than that, the whole Royal District with its strange shape started to shake violently. 

Every surviving ice elf in the Royal District held on to the closest person next to them in fear. They feared that the energy just now was going to do something to them.

After a few seconds of shaking, the ground began to open up at areas as most of the District rose up above the level of the walls. As it did this, many of the ice elves fell over, either to the ground or within the holes made in the elevated ground.

But since they were not too high above the ground, they did not suffer from much of a damage.
