Lyon and Ozzie.

The feeling of being so close to achieving your goal, and yet at the end time far is what one can describe Ozzie's feeling.

This was the second time he have being so close to achieving something, but somehow, some barriers will suddenly appear before him.

The first was when he attempted to break through the next level, but Nate suddenly appeared and throw him into a portal that now led him to a hell-like planet far away from Earth.

Now that he was struggling to get out of the condition he was thrown into, the same barrier seems to have appeared again.

The worst part of the whole thing was that it seems to be the same person that has been behind it. At least, that's what Ozzie thought.

But after looking around in search of a particular person, he has concluded that Lyon was truly alone.

"You guys...what do I ever do to you guys, why are you making things hard for me?!" Ozzie shouted at Lyon who was still hovering in the air.

"That's because you are not doing things the right way. You are hurting other people, but you can afford to be hurt...? How ironic of you," Lyon said.

The wind in the area was just too much, it was not anything like Earth and the gravity was a little bit more free here.

"Hahaha... Then you have made a mistake!" Ozzie laughed.

"Although I might not like the condition on this planet, but staying here has made me unlock so many powers and even accumulate more powers"

"I killed nearly all the strongest beast this planet has to offer and at the same time, I eat their flesh, use their strong thick bone to make myself a weapon, and lastly, I absorbed their crystal," Ozzie said as he slowly got up. As he was speaking, some bones from the area start to fly towards his direction like a magnetic pull was pulling them.

Some when and wrapped around his body, forming an armour that was thickly coated with bones.

The skulls were more than one, and some of them flew towards his shoulder, knees, and fist.

After that, on his arms below, the bone formed into a large shield, and then a long bone whip, specifically made out from beast spines and tail.

On his upper arms, two colossal great swords took form. That was not all though, he had chains attached to the bottom.

Lastly, a helmet with two horns is like that of a devil.

After Ozzie's transformation was over, he roared.

Before looking at Lyon.

"You shouldn't have come to me alone," he said.

However, what he got as a reply was Lyons clap. The latter was still on the air unfazed by Ozzie's new transformation.

"Indeed...you have got stronger than before," Lyon said.

"But you are not the only one that has gotten stronger than before," he declared.

He opened his mouth and pointed it at the sky before shooting out an enormous fire at reached the cloud and evaporated the water in it.

Seeing this, Ozzie didn't know why but all the cells in his body started to kick him to run. It was the first feeling for him and he didn't know why such a thing was happening.

Unknown to him, this was a general feeling for gods whenever they are about to fight a god killer.

Regardless, Ozzie shrugged the feeling off and decided to strike Lyon while he was still demonstrating his power.

One of his swords turned into a spear. He held it forward and dashed towards Lyon.

Lyon of course noticed this and brought the fire down.

Ozzie could see as the fire spout that was towering above him started to descend like a tree on him.

At first, he wanted to just ignore the fire, but as it got closer, he could feel the heat radiating from the fire.

He had no other choice than to raise his shield and block. However, was sent skidding back by the attack till his back hit a mountain behind him.

It collapsed and spread debris around the area.

Just before Ozzie could recover from that, Lyon's figure flew directly to his face and punched his face.

Ozzie's face was flung to the side, meanwhile, lyon have flew further into the sky and pounced on him.

Before Lyon could reach though, Ozzie suddenly burst out from the ground he was sent flying to.

Lyon was able to change course just in time for Ozzie into flew into the sky.

His height of jumping was nearing almost out of the atmosphere of the planet before he started falling.

Ozzie used to locate Lyon's position and readied his fist.

"Like I will wait for you to do that," Lyon scoffed.

His arms started to change into a vine. A vine beast. This was an interesting beast with three bodies. It was one Lyon found on the island and took its DNA.

Although not on the demon level, it was just a level below that and was powerful.

Fortunately, in Lyon's hand, it was a different story. With the raw energy of a demon-level beast trapped inside Lyons body. He can channel that energy to any of his beast forms and bring their level to demon level.

Lyon sent out the vines to Ozzie.

While airborne, Ozzie found it hard to change his body trajectory, and couldn't help it when the vines were sent his way.

They wrapped around his body, keeping his four arms in place.

Lyon revolved his body carrying Ozzie's body along with him before retracting the vines back.

Ozzie's body flew further into the distance.

Lyon leapt up from his position and went after Ozzie.

While his body was skidding through the floor, leaving a large trench line behind, lyon slammed into his chest putting his body to a total stop.

Lyon glided around and faced Ozzie.

"Did you think you are the only one that has been feeding on the demon-level beast?"

"I also feed on their flesh and eat their crystal. I only allowed you to flex your power so that in the end, I will show you how powerless you are. Fighting isn't your best failed," Lyon taunted.

Ozzie pounded his teeth before kicking off the ground. One of his swords disappeared allowing him to use his fist.

He throws it out at Lyon. However, the other didn't move. Suddenly, his hand got big. At least big enough to catch Ozzie's fist on his palm.

Lyon was not moving from his spot, he was still in the air. That was when Ozzie noticed how Lyon's other body was getting bigger till it was half his size. His skin was now covered in dark scales that has cracks on it with red beams of light escaping through.

Lyon was like a short man to Ozzie.

"You said you are a divine being right ?... Is this the power of your so-called divine being?" Lyon said.

Ozzie was confused. The punch just now was meant to send Lyon flying, at least push his hand back. But not only had he not stopped his punch, he was now in a body that was half his size.

"Whoever informed you about the gods didn't tell you that they are beings stronger than them," Lyon grinned.

"A being stronger?" Ozzie muttered.

Unfortunately, before he could register anything to his mind, lyon have already thrown a punch at his chest sending him backwards.
