Back when Mark was teaching Lyon how to alter into a beast of his choice.

Lyon had used quite a lot of his energy to maintain his form for a long period so that Mark could draw him out in the sheet of papers that the former kept pulling out from his pocket.

Lyon was lucky on the first try and was able to alter himself into one of the beasts he chose and that was the porcupine, however, he wasn't sure if it was because of his propensity that act again or perhaps the experiment did work.

Regardless of what the case may be, he still wants to be sure so he ordered Mark to try drawing out all his alter except the ghoul which Mark already has the picture of the creature stuck in his mind.

Lyon has been altering himself here and there so that Mark could get a full picture of his transformation. There are a few times he will alter into the same animal and would have to change it after, this took time, but Mark wasn't complaining because he also found his work interesting.

Finally, though, Mark was done with drawing all Lyons beast and it was time for testing it out.

Lyon was seriously exhausted after struggling to keep the transformation active while Mark sketched him out.

"Maybe, next time before adding any beast to your list, find time to take a good look at them first" Mark instructed while Lyon was laying on the floor with his chest raising and down as he breathed.

Mark was not tired even those it was him that was doing the work, but Lyon had lost some amount of energy, and right now and then, he was even finding it hard to get up and try the drawing out.

However, he was scolded by Mark.

"Get up, we have to try this somewhere else," he said as he gather the sheet of paper that was used for drawing and walked out.

Seeing this, Lyon quickly got up and followed him.

This time, the two had wandered off deep into the most demoted part of the town of Halloween. In this place, they could see zombies walking around, but they were never bothered by them so they ignored them.

When reaching the place, Lyon did not waste much time to start practising drawing.

"He took the lizard paper and stared at the paper for some time before his eye started glowing red as he started to transform, he was still halfway from doing this when all of a sudden, his instincts started to kick, but before he could register what was happening, he felt a hit burning from his back.

"Watch out!" Mark shouted as he quickly pushed Lyon away but before he could also move, the fireball hit him on his leg.

Boom!!!

Mark was launched into the sky before his body eventually hit a barricade, which was a ten-story building that was far away from their usual location.

'What was that?'

Though Lyon was pushed away by Mark, he still suffered from the explosion. If he was still a normal human being, he would have been dead by now, but he is a superhuman now.

He made sure to see where Mark was sent flying to, so he rushed in that direction. He was not as fast as before, but just then, from his waist, extra red legs started to grow out to support him.

However, before he could go any further, he once again felt the heat from his back and turned to duck. He managed to duck it, but just then, rains of bullets started to head toward him.

'What is happening, who is attacking us,' while Lyon was thinking about this, his ear started to grow slightly to block the bullets. The ear hadn't grown to its usual size because the amount of energy in Lyon wasn't that much so they were a few bullets that still hit Lyon.

'I don't have enough energy to continue like this, I have to get out of here,' Lyon thought as he used his forearms to block the bullets from penetrating his eye.

While doing this, he failed to notice the fire cannon heading towards him, when he noticed, it was already too late. The canon slammed into his chest, lifting him as a whole while pushing him back.

Lyon's transformation cancelled that instant as he started coughing out blood from his mouth and nostrils.

"I can't die here," Lyon thought as he picked himself up a little bit shaking.

When getting up was he able to see who was behind those attacks?

"You?"

Lyon ignored the five people pointing guns at him while looking at the main person with a bazooka on his shoulder strap with a belt.

"I told you I will come back, and here I am," Dave said as he pointed out the bazooka at Lyon again before firing not minding if Lyon evade. However, he didn't shoot, but the five men in front of him suddenly moved as they throw out their fists.

Lyon ignored them as he thought they were just normal humans, but once their fists connected with Lyon, he had a second thought that instant.

Lyon wasn't going to let this opportunity go as he grabbed one of the men and bit down on its neck while taking its head into his stomach. Lyon did not let the meal heal his wounds, instead, he tossed the man's body at the bazooka canon, blowing it up still in the air.

This spread smocks on the area and when it cleared, Lyon was nowhere to be found as he had long fled the scene.

Dave walked up to the spot Lyon was standing before while picking up a ring.

"Find someone else to give this to" he instructed as he walked in the direction of Mark but the latter was not there too.

"The good news is that they are still in the city" Dave muttered and left.

After Lyon had explained what happened, Nate walked off to Jim's working area and got into the room.

"I need that saba you made" Nate uttered in a commanding tone. Jim registered this and brought out the saba while handing it over to Nate.

"Get all the weapons you have made so far ready, we have some groups of people coming after us" Nate commanded and left the room.

He was heading to Jim's former office when he met with the others.

"What are you planning to do?" Bully asked.

"You guys can stay if you don't want to get involved in this" Nate said to Bully.

"We are already in it, I won't let them go after what they did to Mark, so what are you planning to do?" Bully asked. Nate was pleased with Bully's reply as he nod his head before replying.

"Killing them of course, I can't have someone touch hurt a member of my gang without teaching them a lesson,n," Nate said as he walked past them and went up to Lyon.

"Think it's time you start absorbing crystals for more energy than beast form" as Nate was saying this, the door of the office suddenly opened and Peter walked out along with Scarlett.

"I will be going out with Peter, Scarlett will be helping you guys if they happen to reach here before I come back"

"How long are you staying ou,t," Mark asked, he now had his both legs back after consuming a lot of flesh.

"Long enough to end this whole thing with a snap of a finger" Nate muttered as he opened his system interface.
